    I'm in if I can get on a team. I'll be grinding HEAPS for this comp, I expect my teammates to do the same.

    ok i think im not in anymore.. am on a downswing and need to calm down a bit and play some mid-low stakes. realized that wouldnt be smart to play in my situation unless i bink some nice scores this week. so there are still 6 players with pghfan who can be two teams.

    only received 500 from squee, feel free to start sending people. think the cutoff for sending and being in will be early sunday morning or scores only count after when you send.

    sent.... My bad, didn't realize u guys needed me to hold monies. I'm 85-90 percent sure my team is betudontbet and nsb atm. No matter what I will have a team, even if i gotta multiaccount...


    BTW, anyone wanna do a 10 percent crossbook during the week? Would say mincash is 5k and max cash is 40k... (meaning we'd only send out 500 to 4k). Would be able to change the terms too.

    pghfan, i'd suggest u pm all 3 of the other players and just ask them if they're still in or not. if one of them is not in (think legit wasn't sure if he's gonna play) then the other 3 can be a team.

    Can we exclude the 10 K high roller? I think that would skew the competition too much.

    Um, that's the entire point. It's one tournament that could completely skew the competition, with a massive prizepool and a tiny field.

    this thread is a month old and you bring this up now, 3 days before the competition starts, after terms have been agreed to and people have paid

    either accept that the tourney counts and find 2 people to team up with or be oi

    who are you to say what makes sens for the spirit of the competition? if you arent playing the 10k arent YOU also vehemently arguing for your self interest?

    No, I didn't say a peep about the 100R or the 1 K, which I don't play, I think those should be included. To me the point of these kinds of competitions is to encourage everyone to grind super hard so that everyone gains enough ev to be essentially freerolling this competition. (Let's say I am -ev in this competition by $100 - I would easily gain all of that back times ten by grinding tons of $50 tourneys where everyone sucks at poker.) Also the point of these kinds of competitions is that all high stakes players have a shot over a one week period. Not that one tourney erases that odds, but it's pretty lame for someone to take 4th in a 75 person tourney and have that score potentially be the biggest one of the entire competition.

    Hey, it's just my opinion. Obviously I am fine with the 10 K being counted, if that is the will of the people. Someone else brought this up to me as a deterrent to joining this competition, and I agreed.

    Czar won the 1k for like 70k, his team didn't win the last competition...One tourney isn't gonna decide this, I know this 10k is gonna be bigger but the difference in plbs wont be all that huge

    Pghfan jusk asked! Come on guys whats wrong with u, just say u disagree and that's it. I dont know if i ever will play a 10k full of players who are better than me, but i think since it's a high stakes contest every tourney should count, unless the majority disagrees, which wont happen in this contest. Btw, in the last one czar finished second in the super tuesday on the second day, and still was behind another player who had a lot of smaller cashes. And if someone binks the 10M sunday mil, would that also be unfair? Obv not, since that tourney is the reason for this contest and whatever happens on the last sunday happens. It's one tourney and if i would play there i would want that tourney to count for this contest. And most players here will play it, so there's no way to skip that.

    Can we take out the sunday storm on sunday? its gonna be a large prizepool and Im not gonna play it, It could potentially skew the comp I think its unfair for everyone that it should count

    Jamers dont forget to PM Dan with

    starting/ending date/time (11.12.11/6am ET to 18.12/6am ET?),
    player names/team names (write down the names that didnt pay yet),
    top10 scores per person count,
    all sites count
    any stakes count.
