No, I haven't yet. Normally I would but here is what happened:
I originally xferd him $400 but he sent it back because he said that BoA wasnt letting him do it or whatever. He was very adamant that I confirm that I got the funds back because he said he didnt want to have his reputation ruined. Then the next day, he said he realized the reason he couldnt transfer was that he was doing it from his checking account which had under $300 in it. So he said to xfer it back to him on lock and he would xfer money from his savings into his checking and be able to pay me within 24 hours. That was the last I heard from him. I assume that if he were a scammer he would just have taken my $400 when I first xfered it instead of xfering it back and making up an excuse... It just doesn't make sense. Anyway, I will give him until the end of the week, maybe something happened to him...

Scammed by 24shack24 (bigbadbruins22 on lock) yesterday. I am TrimSpaBaby on lock..This is completely my fault for not following up properly..Sent me a PM in response to my post that was selling 400 lock for 350 BOA..Said he could provide refs, I told him as long as he had confirms ITT I would send first, he stated a whole bunch of names none of which were ITT. Im new to pocketfives, but have many trades on 2+2 and didn't mind doing a couple small trades sending first to build up refs. I told him we could do in pieces so we agreed on 200 and 200, I sent the first 200 never heard back. He was supposed to ship immediatley after... been about 20 hours.

Thanks for warning in this thread. I'm hoping this is a misunderstanding. Since he isn't a new member on P5s, we will give him a day to come in and discuss this before taking any restrictive action on the site.

I had a guy do this to me about 7-8 months ago on here...he sent me back funds after not being able to bank xfer...definitely built trust with me and than when I sent back after he supposedly got his bank xfers all straightened out I never received the bank xfer.
