As promised, we're giving away tons of prizes in the P5s Open next week on party poker. This is all in addition to the free P5s t-shirt you can get sent to your home if you sign up a new PartyPoker account through our link and play in the Open! More details are coming in terms of how you can win each of these, but we already know that the winner will be getting an iPad 2! Here's what we have going out in addition to the prizepool:
PocketFives Training - 5 one-month memberships
StackAndTile - 5 six-month memberships
Holdem Manager - 2 Pro licenses
Ace Poker Drills - 15 licenses
Leak Buster - 5 licenses
iPad2 to the winner and $200K GTD seats to second and third place
Details about the tournament can be found here -
Dan,
Do you know if there are plans to have a P5's open at any US sites (bodog, merge) or at least have one on a .net site (pokerstars.net)? Obviously I'd like to participate in these (as would many other US players who are still at home). -
Not Dan, but I'll answer anyway :) The short answer is no to Bodog and Merge, for now. We all hope the US situation will be less murky soon, but we simply don't feel comfortable recommending that anyone play on the current US-facing sites. A freeroll P5s Open or on one of the subscription sites could be interesting. We'll look into it
