Not sure about players, as the last time we did it on this site was when it was still PokerRoom.com and accepted US players - so like 6 years ago in other words :) I don't think it'll be a massive turnout just because we haven't run that many events on bwin in the past and fewer of our members have accounts there. But hopefully it'll be over 100 players.

Will there be or is there a late reg on bwin?

  8. Not sure about late reg - wouldn't count on it unless it says it explicitly. Unfortunately I can't seem to download the software to even look at it from here in the states...

Smoke... We are verifying everyone's bwin accounts on Wednesday and will automatically register you for the PocketFives Open. You don't have to do anything. Thanks for signing up for bwin.

Just checked and it doesn't show any late reg in the lobby, 2k starting stack and 10 minute blind (12-15 would have probably been better) levels + 1k cash added.

Looks like the standard Ongame blind structure to me.

Its unfortunate that bwin hasn't received a Danish license. Liked your style in the previous opens, and hopefully you will have another chance to add a "2" under your badge for another win.

Thanks for signing up for bwin through PocketFives. That helps out PocketFives, which we appreciate. We'll see you in the PocketFives Open on Thursday.

We're at about 30 players signed up so far. Good start.

  27. Too bad this is on bwin; can't really force myself to reg there just for one tourney -
other reason being that bwin is rumored to move all its players to partypoker soon:
I already have an account on PartyPoker, so the move would just shut down the bwin account? =/

IMHO (I'd definitely play all P5 Opens on any other 30+ skins I've registered),
these should all be played on where everybody has an account: pokerstars.
It's just one tourney though, so no biggie - GL for those playing.

  28. Is this tourney open to every P5s member or just for those you got an bwin account via P5s?

They would most likely run it as a seperate skin to PartyPoker, similar to what WPT Poker does, but this is just a guess by me if it happens.

It is open to EVERY P5s member.
  30. Prizes will be divvied up as follows:

Places 1-5 will each receive an HEM 2 license and a $200 ChampionChip ticket
Places 6-20 will each receive a month free at P5s Training
Make the final 9 or finish in any spot with a 5 (15, 52, etc.) and receive a P5s t-shirt in the mail

Knock out any of our 5 bounties and receive the following:

    HEM 2 license
1 month free at P5s Training
    P5s Hoodie

Note that everyone is only eligible to collect on at most 1 bounty. If someone knocks out two or more bounty players, we will do drawings amongst everyone who played in the tournament to see who gets the remaining prizes.

    The players with bounties are:

    WizKhalifa (Illini213 on P5s)
    PushkaMyAces (wackyJaxon on P5s)
    OsborneCox (Gags30 on P5s)
    ApesAreFun
