    i d be interested for the fun guys but not sure its fair for my team as i wont be able to put as much volume as other players but if its ok for you guys after all those competition are for the fun and meet new players

    captain is just in charge of picking their team.

    plus they get to choose the team name (hof perk)

    yah ur right.. cant we just make another comp for higher stakes or smth? im on for whatever but not many mid/low stakes in september on my schedule, dont know about u guys. btw i think the wcoops and all the daily tourneys will also have a high variance cause of the redic fields so w/e

    matze - I don't play many tournaments, as I am primarily a mixed game cash game player. I run a few last longers during the year to motivate me to have my head in the game when playing a tournament. I think I play as many tournaments in a year as you guys will play in 1 day during the contest. I have held for contests the OP running it requested a holder and I usually don't mind holding if it helps a contest run smoother. In this case, I think everyone entering is fine with the OP holding, so didn't chime in since no-one requested and the OP is reputable.

    I would consider signing up if there were $215's included and people didn't mind I wasn't going to really grind them, but think that will make me a liability to any team. I would play more tournaments than usual, but it would primarily be just loading them up on Sundays and playing my normal routine of 1 hour of cash games, then break, rinse and repeat since I can't just play 10 hours straight during the week without taking nice breaks to take care of other things. If you guys want me to donate to the contest though, I will. ;)
