  1. Any ideas on what a solid ROI might be at $3.50 and $7.00 turbo 18-man SNGs on stars might be? Gonna grind them for a little while to rebuild my roll. I reckon I will be a decent winner at these levels, but just can't put it mega volume. Have tried checking out leaderboards on Sharkscope, but difficult to get a clear idea as a lot of the players play various types of game/stakes etc.

    Thanks in advance
  2. 10%
  3. play a fraction of the games on another site with a much higher ROI for the same money. People now are all about volume and grinding

  4. Agree and disagree. If you are going to play low volume, there are easier games than stars around (although rake might be worse). If you are serious about buidling your bankroll, its fine for your ROI to suffer. I would rather have a 3% ROI 20 tabling SNGs on pokerstars where you can achieve that volume easily than a 25% ROI 1 tabling SNGs on any site as an extreme example since my $/hr would be higher in the first scenario.

  5. Thanks for responses guys, figured I might be able to maintain a little more than 10%, but guess will wait and see. Going to be 8-10 tabling to begin wacky, and will rather move up in stakes before moving up in amount of tables, as def more interested in building roll. Do you reckon stars is the right place to be?

I'm not sure if you can get the volume of 8-10 tabling on another site. The regs will probably be tougher on Stars though than other sites. If you think you can 8-10 table on another site at those stakes, would think about it, but can't think of any off hand that would allow you to easily maintain volume throughout your session time.
  7. if you dont mind playing 20+ tables, yes. But 8 tables isnt really allot these days, and your return wont be great on stars. If your gonna play that little id find somewhere with a much better ROI and 8 table there. Gl with which ever you go for though
