This definitely puts to rest anyone that was questioning what Lesley would have done with the $50 if she received after she started and then busted the tournament. This is really all that is needed. perhaps lesley could state whether someone else took his place as a 5% backer, she said there was a queue, so if she could provide someone a list of the backers, showing the other dude has been removed then we can take her word for it that he indeed was scrubbed out

however if he wasn't replaced by someone else on the list then he deserves his piece, less the $50 he should have paid in cash

however if the second scenario is indeed the truth then he should actually only accept 2.5% and put it down to mis-communication and good faith moving forward.........and hopefully they can keep their friendship

i cant fathom booking action for a stake and then just assuming they know the action is off since you haven't received yet.. all it took was a text or something to the person before the tourney starts saying "you have no piece, i needed the money beforehand" then there is no confusion whatsoever from both ends. this shit isn't that hard.

after seeing the blog logs its pretty clear that SR247 needed to either pay in advance or pay in vegas in order to have a piece.. he failed to do both, therefore he doesn't have a piece, imo. Also funny to see and pretty telling on page 8 when he posts that now he's 100% sure that he is entitled to his 5% and then 11 minutes later after no one has replied to the thread he says ok ok ok i'll take 2.5%..pretty entertaining to say the least!
