training videos - just black screen

    wasnt sure where i should post this. since i got membership to the training part of the site i cant see the videos. it was fine before when i wasnt signed up and could just watch the clips from the videos. now ive signed up i can hear the trainers talking and stuff but the screen is just black. as far as i know ive got all the plugins needed, as i said i could watch the videos yesterday. but since ive upgraded its gone tits up.
