  1. You back a known multi accounter because he makes you money. You profit from his cheating and take the money. Had he paid you and kept multi accounting and making you money we would never hear a word of this. You're an equal level of scum. Stop bitching.

  4. steelz you are beyond clueless !

  5. do you think he woulda ratted him out as a MA if he hadn't reneged on the debt - i highly doubt it

so how long has he known that he MA's? if it is any longer than a couple of months then ban em both

  6. I'd love to have it explained how backing a MA is ok. After he knows about this he keeps backing. Had Brandooor not been a dbag and paid he'd still back the cheater. How the hell do you defend that??!!
  7. Steelz you are a complete and utter moron. If you knew Jono you'd realise that he is one of the most honest and down to earth people in the poker community. I know that from reading his post HIS story is the truth. There is no need for the other side to the story as that would only detract from the truth. He is merely trying to protect others
  8. sick bump, blinky

  10. My point is not that he isn't telling the complete truth. He obviously is. He admitted to backing him even after learning of his multi accounting. And fine if he doesn't want others to get screwed. So, if this guy made good to his backer he wouldn't get outted for multi accounting and this guy would keep reeping the benefits and would not call him out on cheating because his pockets would keep getting fatter. I hear alot of defending this guy because he is telling the truth. Whatever. Please tell me how it's ok to back someone you know multi accounts because he shows a profit. I never called the op a liar. I'm saying he backed a cheat to make money. Might as well be a cheat himself.
  11. Brendooor knows that MA'ing violates site regulations. He would have told Jono that he wouldn't do it again. Jono would have believed him. MA'ing is obv detrimental to his business dealings with him. Enough said
  12. So the op is intelligent enough to be a pro poker player but stupid enough to back him again after being a victim of his multi accounting, as stated in his post. Sorry, I don't buy it. He knows he will make him a lot of money, as stated in his post, and I think he already realized how.
  13. shut ur yapper steve, nobody cares about ur jibber jabber hogwash hoohaw
  14. steve, you obviously have little knowledge about the poker community. you'd be surprised about how many big names have MA'd, especially amongst the older generation of online players. are you suggesting a one strike rule?

sick hidden confession. thou shall be excused.

  16. I know about everyone that MA'd. Doesn't make the next one less of a cheat. How many strikes do you propose?? Repeat offenders are the worst, and this guy backs a repeat offender. How the f would he think he wouldn't do it again? That logic is as idiotic as giving cheats multiple strikes.
  17. STEVE YOU ARE A MAMALUKE AND HAVE NO CLUE U MORON

  18. Steve srsly? u still havent stfu? you r so narrow minded/clueless I really think itd be best if u go for a long walk and look at sunsets or something.

  19. do you have any other strong opinions on areas you know little about? politics? religion? healthcare system?
  20. You guys are right. MAing should be accepted and be allowed to be done repeatedly only if the player is profitable and pays his backers. Everybody wins.
  21. your failure to understand the situation is mind boggling

not everything is black and white my steely friend.
  22. Steve you are a complete knowledge donk
  23. STEVE YOU ARE A DUMB NO CLUE FISH!JONO IS A GOOD GREEK STR8 UP GUY .GET A CLUE STEELZ

    Boston Legal ?
  26. The American way.
  27. might be abit black/white what steves sais but it def makes sense,... no need to get that agg on him,..
if someone multie accounts more then once (wich not 100% is the case with brendon) I think its highly unethical to back because its very likely hes gone do it again and then you are profiting of his cheating.
I think its impotent in a community like ours to be really strict to people that cheat more then once.
I get that some people that start don't rly get how wrong it is to multy account(altho pretty common sense to me) but after you get explained and caught and then do it again you are nothing less then stealing when you do it again. Its like trading with inside information in the stock market(or w/e thats called) and doing business with someone like that is not only condoning it but also you a partner in it.

+1 The aforementioned type of people is why the online gambling/poker scene has a seriously bad rep regardless of how many "honest" people and games there are. Remember those watching from the outside are only seeing negatives and stuff such as MAing is cheating/scamming/stealing no matter how you want to call it. I'd say that the continuation of backing of a known MA'er no matter how many "come to Jesus' moments they have reflects poorly on both the backer and the community. It shows that we as a community do not have a unified solid understanding of how serious these types of incidents are. It is black and white, not some liberal fucking love fest in which we all "hug and make up" when someone has obvious questionable integrity issues and is a known MA'er. Period. /rant
  29. lots of aussies sticking up for their main man, but not one of them really offers any viable excuse or reasoning - just slagging off stevo

seems pretty clear cut to me

  30. How does a hacked Hotmail account lead to 32k being stolen? There's no money sitting in Hotmail. Someone would still need access to any poker accounts including passwords. I don't get it. Yeah, maybe not the point but some of these issues sure seem fuzzy. A hacked Hotmail would only matter once the account was broken into to prevent a verification email. Sure sounds like bullshit to me from OP whether Brandon scammed him or not. Certainly makes me-- a total stranger-- think he's being less than 100% truthful. You both sound like liars and cheats to me.
