I didn't see this posted anywhere on P5s yet, but Zynga seems on the verge of trying to enter the real money gaming space:

When Zynga would open a real money site, who it would offer gaming to, and which company or companies it would partner with all remain to be seen, but what do you think? Would Zynga be good for real money gaming? Would you play there? Would they actually have any advantage? -
Would I play there? No f'ing way! That would be more than my donk tolerance could handle. I don't even play that crap for play money, no way would I play on it for real money. It would be the offspring of Satan!
And that's how I truly feel. -
u make me happy

haha yes

the worst thing that could happen for poker was if everyone on Facebook suddenly started playing for real money.
And by worst, I mean giving a huge edge to anyone with even the smallest amount of competency. -
posts like these remind me why i still play this game. zynga would be practically printing money off pre UIEGEA. fingers are way crossed.

I guess it all depends on what you want in a site. They will be going for the causal player (which seems to be the new way) which means high rake, poor vip system and hard to clear bonus. There are enough of these sites out there, don't need another one. -
As long as I could multi table it and the software isn't horrible. I'd absolutely love this.
Can't wait for fishing season. All this talk about all the legalization and opening up of new rooms and what not has me drooling. -
It would really depend on what was offered as to whether I would play there or not. You could put all the fish in the world on that site, but I would go mad using software where the only options for play are stupidly fast turbos and the like. However, this is an opportunity for poker to experience almost exponential growth because a lot of people are still cautious about taking their home game experience to a dedicated poker site. I know several myself who don't seem to believe me when I say that play money tables don't require credit card details and yet they all say they enjoy zynga.

This is a pretty interesting follow-up article about Zynga and Facebook in general diving into online gaming. How big could they both get?

I think it would be huge. Imagine how soft the games would be...especially at launch...omg.
