    Hey Adam, my MGR dropped $25 since friday which makes no sense after playing on sunday...it might just not be updated yet cause made a weird update while i was looking at it today...im wondering what will make your MGR go down?...i was told only deposits would negatively affect my rakeback but i definitely havent made a deposit recently...also if i buy in a tournament for $40+4 with tournament dollars, do i still get my $1.20 rakeback?

    edit: i have been recieving T$ bonuses through the leaderboards and other promotions, do these affect my rakeback?

    edit #2: after looking at it again, i recieved a $250 bonus in $T on sunday, paid around $30 in rake yesterday, so im assuming they took 30% of the $250($75) off my MGR? is this right?

    looks like mine actually took a hit too and i havent received any bonuses. it costs $750 in rake paid per month to be "Legend" on UB and I am definately legend status so not sure why it would be lower. I had $721 in rake paid on Thursday night I spend over $50 in rake on Sunday so not sure how it can say I have only spend $700 total this month...

    edit: im on ub not ap but i doubt it makes a dif

    Hi Howie and Mark,

    There were some weird stats issues over the weekend in the UB/AP back end that are in the process of being corrected. I'm passing this off to our customer support so that they can look in and see if your stats changed because of those issues or for some other reason.

    To answer your other questions, there are two things that can come off your MGR: bonuses and deposit fees. However I'm not sure if T$ bonuses are also deducted. I'm going to talk with my contact there and get back as soon as I have an answer.

    Hi Howie,

    Looked into this, and there are no deductions at all on your account for the month of October. I think the last minute changes in amounts could be due to some adjustments UB/AP made in their back end at the end of the month. I'm not sure what those adjustments were exactly, but basically a lot of the numbers first fluctuated downward and then back upward toward where they were. They generally ended up very close to what they were prior to the fluctuation.

    FWIW, I believe the stats you were referring to did not yet include your Sunday play. I'm not entirely sure since I don't know when you were checking, but have they gone back up since then?

    Just FYI, we're not done looking into this. But I've posted what I know so far. I'm not sure what else we're going to find out, but we're looking further into these balance fluctuations.

    thursday i checked my rakeback and the MGR was 1120.15(i wrote it down), didnt play fri or saturday...sunday i play and use some tournament dollars just to see how it affected my AP Rai$e status(T$ is the same as $ in this case) and p5s rakeback...i didnt look at rakeback until monday afternoon and when i first logged in it said my MGR was only $813, so i looked at the rakerace and then it went back up to 1095.65(which it is at now)...so the $813 was only for a few minutes...but then i still didnt understand why it went down $25 after playing sunday...

    edit: not sure if this matters on your end but i earned 3687 status points, and it's $0.30 of rake for each status point...that equals $1106.10...so i dont know what to think about that, im at 1095 now, i saw it at 1120 which i guess was too high...it's only like $3 in rakeback but i ended up 1 off of $20 more in the rakerace(kind of annoying)...definitely didnt play any cash games in october, and im 90% sure i didnt play any black jack lol...
