From 2p2 i started reading backwards in that gigantic Cerues thread and it seems some do get payouts. Seems too be pretty random and random wait times. From a few days upwards of 2 months. I think it might be by VIP levels and if you're a pro with the site/prop player etc...
I just want too know if UB has the support staff too process an email request of people who have moved and changed their address so they can access their accounts.

If you move outside the US you will be able to login and play as usual, including being able to request a cash out.

In order to proceed with your address change, we first need the following documentation from you.

    1. A clear photocopy of the front of your Driver's license or any government-issued ID.
    2. Clear photocopies of a recent utility bill no older than 2 month, clearly showing your name and a non-US address.

Please scan and send the requested information to security@ub.net,. In the interest of resolving this matter as quickly as possible, please send them at your earliest convenience.

If you want to send the documents attached to an email, we suggest that you save the image to your desktop using JPEG (.JPG,.JPEG,.JPE,.JFIF) or GIF (.GIF) format, so that you can easily locate and then attach it to your email reply. Please make sure that the total size of the files being sent does not exceed 5 MB, or else we will not be able to receive this email from you.

Remember to include your name, player's username, or the email address registered in your UB user profile. We look forward to your reply.

fwiw I have heard that this process is much like their payout process.... the address changes can be "pending" for months with nothing but automated email responses.

  8. don't even bother trying to get money off there, i was able to get money out like a month and a half ago, and now all it says to me is withdrawal processing , and at this point i have talked to some people and they can only get 250 dollars a week. still better then my 0 dollars a week

  9. fwiw, they have raised the limit to $500 per withdrawal, and it took a better part of 2 months for me to get some money off UB, and that was with the bankwire option. I have not heard of anyone getting cash out with any other option.
  10. Theres 0 tournies running there, and my cashout been frozen since may.
