Absolutely screwed... by UB

    A few weeks ago I requested a courier check from UB and it took quite some time to receive it. Monday of last week I cashed the check and got a money order to pay my rent... this morning I received a call from the bank telling me that a check had been reversed.......... I have a negative balance of a decent amount of money. I got no word from UB on this issue and obviously I cant log on to do live chat and I dont know the number.... has anyone else had a similar issue with recent check deposits or bank wires? I figured I might be safe since it was all authorized prior to Friday's announcement.

    Nah I haven't, but since the accounts were frozen or seized the check that you got isn't negotiable anymore which is unfortunate.. You should call the bank and let them know you'll get your balance positive as soon as possible and that you were unaware the check that you cashed would be non negotiable. The bank is probably going to charge you a fee for the check being returned and your account being overdrawn as well but if you talk to someone at the bank they may be able to reverse those fees.

    I emailed UB and will call them after classes today (Thanks)..... are they going to credit my account, UB that is? Like, this is just pretty unbelievable

    I honestly wouldn't expect a quick or easily solution, I wish you the best of luck. It's a rough time to be a poker player.

    Same thing happened to me last year on pokerstars except the check was returned to the bank unpaid 1 week after the check cleared which was weird but Pokerstars just wanted me to scan the "returned unpaid check" from my online banking page and the next day the $2,500 was credited to my Pokerstars account to cash out. Probably something shady with the Payment Processor and Pokerstars covered it.

    The FBI almost certainly has the money for your check, and who knows how much more. I would assume that you would get the money credited to your account, but it could take months or years. And this is all assuming that UB is able to stay in business and pay players.

    Had a few checks on a few different sites do this. They all ask for the same thing. Email them a copy of the check and any fees and they credit your poker account. Problem will be getting another check right now. I would not be expecting any cashouts on any of these sites soon. Hope I am wrong on the cashouts as I have quite a bit on these sites

    the fbi fucking seized 80 bank accounts on friday, and are trying to arrest the people that run UB...did you really think your check was gonna be good? and now yorue upset with UB becuase you're out your money...like...come on...everyone has a ton of problems now, i'm sure every site is being flooded with emails from people that want their money...

    i premuim wire and did a courier check 3 days before "black friday" andy idea if ill get these , i got an email sayin' it was processed on the morning of friday the 15th .. i emailed them if this something that i will still recieved ?..obv no reply back in the last 24 hours .......

    to be fair, he did deposit the check long before Black Friday happened, Unfortunate situation to be sure. I do agree with the rest of your rant tho. Patience is needed right now

    I just got done with VIP support on UB with this issue. I requested a payout on 4/10 and it was processed early on black friday. The payment department is in the process of going through the payouts from before 4/15 and I was told to wait until they contacted me regarding that. If this is for UB then their VIP instant messenger has been good about it answering anything they can answer.

    I had a Bank Wire, Premium Bank Wire, and Western Union transfer all requested last week and all approved. Then after Friday they were all rejected and the money was back in AP account. Were all in the same boat man.

    both of mine has not been put back in my ub account.... the premium wire looks like it has cleared however it has not reach my bank, the courier check is still pendin' however has not been put back into ub ...not too sure how its gonna work out.... email them but no reply yet....

    killa i ordered a check few days before black friday and it didnt get sent. I asked them about the status since they hadn't put it back in my acct and they said they can't send it and then finally put it back in my acct =(

    Interesting tidbit. Received a $3000 check from Bodog about three weeks ago. Received another from FTP for $500 a few days later. Both came from the exact same bank. Somewhere in Canada. Both seem to have gone through. I sure hope they dont bounce now!

    Gags...... why are you such a dbag bro? I didnt see any situations like this.. my account is negative. I cashed the check over a week before all this occurred... try not to be a complete homo for once in ur life... I would have just liked a little notice. Jesus fuck yourself.
