    Regardless of how he spoke to support,it's his money..Another reason why you shouldnt mess with online poker,that isnt within the USA! IMO contact Preet Bharara,he's the main man after online poker sites..Send him an email or phone him,raise hell go public with your situation.Contact local and national newspapers,local and national news outlets..Theses online sites think their asses are above the law because they are out of the USDOJ jurisdiction..GL Hope you atleast get your money back..Just leave theses so called foreign thieves alone..

    He got his money back and any site or network is allowed to deny service for whatever reason they deem necesary. Maybe they saw the OP as too much trouble than he was worth if he was being abusive to their support staff. I don't see any problem with what Merge did especially since they gave him a few bucks more than what he had in his account.

    Wacky you got to be kidding me, i play fulltime on their site and it is my livelyhood for the most part. Someone in upper level management said i threatened chargebacks, ( a term i have never used in my entire life). I threatened not 1 person. Edwin Morris abused upper level management and fabricated the whole situation. This site is a fucking joke, who cares if i got my money back, i will lose thousands not having an account there. It doesnt suprise me one bit that a mod on here agrees with the 100% fucking joke of a banning me. Its ok tho ill still play on merge and they will never know. #idowhatigottado

    I don't blame you for being upset, I just said the site did what it wanted within the terms of their service. They can deny service to whomever they want based on whatever was discussed. I don't see why they would turn away someone that was providing them with rake and business unless they had a reason to. If they kept your money, then yes, the community at large should be upset with the site. stars and other sites have also banned people when abusive to support. It is no different than when a casino bans someone for being abusive to dealers or tournament staff. Casinos and poker sites definitely try to maximize their money where possible, but sometimes they draw a line and withdraw service to people they feel it is appropriate to do so. There is a difference between agreeing a site or casino can go ahead and do this, and understanding why you are upset though.

    With all the events that have happened, it's probably a pretty dumb idea to keep playing online poker in the US.

    No1 has gotten money back from FTP so... why can't every other site just take your funds. It's illegal so your at their mercy.

    Listen any business anywhere has the right ti serve or not to serve anyone they want for whatever reason(obv as long as its not race, religion etc.) i manage a rest/bar, if you talked to me or anyone that works there the way you talked to support, you would be thrown out and told never to come back. stop being an idiot douche and this wont happen. gl

    Ya dood, If it helps...When Im about to flip out on someone, think of your self at a fast food drive in, they will totally spit on your burger if you spout off to them like that..It chills me out..same mentality applies..folks will say "oh ya f-him" and pencil whip you somewhere, someway..just all around -ev to spout..you gotta know that..If you can avoid it, you wont end up "double mad"...stay regular mad instead..your well aware double mad is way worse..
