account hack on lock: please advise

    The last time I played on lock was late last night Pacific Time then took the day off with my family. I logged in tonight and then discovered the problem. What I discovered is that a transfer was made for my entire bankroll - several thousand dollars - leaving me 15 cents. This apparently happened late tonight as well. I do not yet know who the transfer was made to at this time, and all I could do was email lock support - which says it now takes up to 8 hours to receive a response. I also changed all my passwords but this doesn't fix my problem. I can only hope they will move quickly and consider reversing the transaction. Shouldn't it be a red flag that I suddenly transfer my ENTIRE FUNDS to another person on a whim?

    Also - the weird part is that I have never been permitted to initiate transfers, nor am I able to initiate them now. I only recently joined Lock around the 4th of this month, and had asked them several times over the past week or so if they could grant me permission to initiate transfers but never received a response.

    Again if anyone has recommendations please let me know.

    My friend just had this issue. Apparantly they put your money in a vault. Hopefully they emailed you about it. You will have a 4 digit pin to log into to get the money out of your vault. They do this for their "VIP" members, but would have been smarter for them to ask you about it first.

    Fuckin ridiculous ...also has anyone noticed that same happens wit VIP points balance?? Constantly in flux. Will go from several thousand to 0 back to several thousand without me earning or using a single point. Never seen such horrid software or shady incompetent management

    Oh Christ yes thats what happened. I just got the email from Lock and its actually a nice feature but it scared the crap out of me when I had no idea where my funds went. Thanks for your help guys.

    This was my buddy that told me about it, and yes when he found out he was less than happy about it since at first it did appear like a hack-job. On top of being a friend, I also transferred him quite a bit of money over the past few weeks I was concerned at first as well.

    they sent me a tournament ticket to the 50k for the mess last night.

    a good gesture for a major mistake.
