Adam,
I have been working with this affiliate for several years and it has actually been "sold off" or "under new management" on two occassions.....both times claiming better service to come....Needless to say the service remains less then average....If someone has problems like these and the affiliate is non-responsive..does FTP have a department or a process to handle these issues....For example, if someone had a difficult time with your service how would they handle this best with FTP??? Thank you very much?? -
Hey Headdoctor,
Generally as long as they are continuing to pay you your rakeback, there's not much you can do. You could complain to Full Tilt, but unless they actually aren't paying you your rakeback, you probably won't get far. FTP has a very strict policy of not moving players from one affiliate to another unless the affiliate actually voluntarily releases the player (pretty much never happens). So you're kind of in a tough spot. Can you detail what's been going wrong?

Yes...there was a two month period about 6 months ago when i didnt receive any rake and my emails went unanswered...at the time I wasnt playing much so I just decided that chasing them for the $$ was a waste of time...then they "changed" management apparently and for a few months things went well (payment and on time)....however I have no way of tracking what my rake is and I actually think I have been shorted...then again this month I received my rake on the 22nd for June....my emails do not get any response as usual which really gets to me....So how do I verify what my rake should be exactly or even a rough estimate (besides a rake calc) and if its incorrect will FTP allow me to change affiliates?? thanks

Maybe email FTP support and ask for a report on that. Not sure if they'll give it to you. The way most people keep track is through a program like Holdem Manager.
Also, you may not be accounting for deductions that may have been tacked onto your rake. For instance, if you spent FTP points or made deposits or withdrawals or cleared a bonus, those things could all cause deductions that might make your rakeback temporarily negative. This could cause there to be some weeks off from receiving rakeback. Just a thought..
