    Isn't the deadline for the deal to get done the 21st? Getting a little scary that it has not been done yet.

    pure speculation but they may just be waiting until the 21st to release the details of the buy-out. since the deal must happen so quickly, buyers are most likely to use up all the time allotted to them - especially in this instance because they're buying a company that has been indicted by the US government.

    obv i'm just being optimistic tho, gl us

    And the deadline to raise the Debt limit is 8/2. Doesn't seem to make any difference there!

    We've learned that the exclusive negotiation period was extended past July 21st, although when it's extended to is not clear. Here's the latest Full Tilt news:
