  1. Obviously it's been harder to get payouts since Black Friday and it seems like Lock Poker has been getting worse as well. I actually got to a point where I stopped playing because I just wasn't getting paid in a timely manner. I told them I'm done and started draining my account, and after over 6 weeks and the help of Eric I finally got my payout into processing. I'm now at 7 weeks and still nothing...
  2. well this helps me in coming to a decision about should I open a Lock Poker account.

    TY
  3. hmm ive gotten paid twice and just requested a third. theyve both taken some time but made it here in the end.
  4. boneralert how long did the check take to get to your address?

So how long did it take for your check to get approved? It has been 10days since I requested a check and it still hasn't been approved.

  7. a few weeks maybe? once it gets approved it usually ships out fast.
  8. For online wallets (what ive used 3 times) it takes 2-7 days to get into the ewallet and then 2-5 days to get into my bank account. The fastest from Lock-Bank has been <7 days total

  9. For US players the only option is a check by mail.... It states in the cashier checks will take 4-6 weeks to be approved

  10. The first check I withdrew from Lock Casino took approx 30 days to get check in hand.

I requested my 2nd check on September 1st, and it is still "requested" in it's status. I am pretty sure this check is going to take a lot longer to recieve, because the 1st one only took like 4 or 5 days to go from "requested" to "processing/pending".

I am confident I will be paid by Lock, and understand that it could take a while, especially with the recent scare of the DOJ possibly shutting down merge.

  11. lol locks the next site to get hit by the DOJ...wait n see
  12. I was gonna be nice and not start a thread dogging lock poker but here's the deal with my problem. Even eric(manager) know about my problem when I emailed him back then.

I withdrew a check $1000 on end of May, somehow, the check was lost in the mail or something(i dont know what the hell happened in the process). However, after help from eric and lock, the money WENT BACK INTO MY lockpoker ACCOUNT. Then I have to withdraw the $1000 out again. AS of september 21, 2011, my $1000 check that i withdrew in May is still processing LOL AHAHHHAHAH

Needless to say, I QUIT lockpoker....I have officially deleted lockpoker off my damn computer. I will refuse to play on this damn slow ass site. What is the point of playing poker when I'm not gonna get pay. more than 4 fucking months and i still haven't got my $1000 check. I'm sorry but i'm done with this site. this site treats their customers like shit man. they didnt even compensate or do shit for this bad service. All they said was "sorry for the inconvenience" LMAO

GG lockpoker thanks for starting the thread so i can vent op

  13. I feel ya'll who are frustrated with the pace of things. It's definitely not ideal. But so far my experience has been that Lock comes through in the end. You may have to prod Rizen or email support multiple times, which is totally not how it should be. But given the alternatives, Ive learned to grudgingly accept it. I could totally understand not wanting to play there, but I also think there is some good poker to be had if you can find a way to navigate through all the other issues. At least the payout structure issue has finally been addressed, so maybe there will be progress on other fronts in the near future.

  14. So here's the update and it's not good at all. I've been in contact with Rizen and he's been the only guy I really trust over there though I worry his abilities are limited. He got them to process my payout finally (about a week before my initial post). I also emailed them stating my intention to remove the remainder of my funds as I'm not interested in playing their site anymore. Still no check. I have since tried to email and leave a voice message for them with no response (no surprise but I am trying on my end in good faith). What I did see in my email today, however, is an email from Lock Poker asking for me to fill out 2 verification forms...

So basically I've been receiving checks of about 2-3k continuously from them since April (when I first signed up for their site) and 6 months later they're asking me for verification forms? Is this what's supposedly delaying my last payouts? There is NO EXCUSE for how this is being handled.

  15. Wow, yeah you should have had to verify your account b4 your first cashout. I am on rpm and they had me verify up front(for transfer stuff) I never successfully cashed out via their cashier. I waited about 4 weeks and gave up.
I have heard good things about the lock casino though for cashouts
  16. I panicked and cashed out the $1k I had on Lock the day the article came out from Subject Poker saying the DOJ was looking at Merge. It was approved sometime last week (<2 weeks total time from clicking cashout button) and the check arrived on Wednesday of this week. Not bad IMO.
  17. seems like they're not efficient in creating overall customer satisfaction, some peeps gettn luv, some not

  19. no problems here.

Bolded part is likely why you now have to verify your account. You are suddenly doing something out of the ordinary (trying to takeout your full bankroll) so they want to make sure it is you.

Hmm, I can't be 100% sure tbh, I had my girl do it as I was out of town w/o my laptop. She def logged in thru the Lock poker client, but that transaction may have been processed thru the "vault" feature.

Btw, the check cleared in one day.

This does not justify why I can't get a check thats been "processing" for over 2 weeks, and I did not make them aware of my intentions until recently.

I've made payouts on both casino side and poker side without trouble in the past, although recently they asked me to use only the casino side since I'm "predominantly a poker player."

  25. was gonna put more money onto lock, I will not be doing so after reading these posts

fwiw, I requested two check back in end of may and June (two $1K checks) and received approximately 3 weeks later. I cashed out on the Casino side. Sounds like Lock is not heading in the right direction....at least they finally got different colors for tables!

Would I be a lot better off depositing on to Bodog??

Cant say whether youd be better off with bodog, but im sympathetic to the idea of not putting more money on lock. I kind of laughed when I saw they had a reload bonus going. If you have a roll on there already, Id say just work with that. If not, maybe just do a few hundred dollars and try to build that up. It's not worth risking too much at this time considering the uncertainties that abound in US online poker.
