Ipad arrived today, actually came from Amazon...only two weeks from completion of rake. I doubted lock, but do have to give them credit.

I'm happy for you but sad for me cuz obviously something is fcked up, I completed my raked hands 6 - 7 weeks ago and still no sign of ipad2, still no responses to emails, etc...

update:
i got my ipad2 in the mail while i was in cancun last week so i don't know what time they come in exactly. I am on youtube listening to music as we speak. not rubbing it in guys but this damn thing is offfffffffffffffff the chain...i love it. lockpoker is goooooood for it just please be patience.

I havent heard from her in over a month, but I emailed again today...
I've asked for tracking numbers multiple times for over a month now and not 1 response...

Lol, the experience sucked. I emailed them 10 times over 3 weeks with no response on the status, but I am done complaining now that I finally got it. Definitely had my doubts, so I'm glad lock came through.

But I will not being saying much positive things about Lock, as their support is LOL!!
6 weeks now and still can't even get a tracking number??
But worse than not responding at all is a bogus run around response (need to check with shipping dept., pfffff).....

Congrats! Regarding your theory, I'd imagine they would have stocked and gotten a bulk volume discount knowing that a lot of people would be able to complete the challenge.
Btw, I received a couple of emails literally after my "lights in the tunnel" comment. They were not able to confirm my shipping address initially; however, i didn't get a tracking# . -
Never received a tracking number either. But Emily told it was gonna be delivered on a wednesday and indeed it was.
Apple wouldn't exchange it because it was bought through Sam's club. Walmart said they would exchange it but they didn't have any in stock. so i just opened it. Sick thing is, we had a company wide meeting today at work and everyone thought they were downsizing, but they gave us all ipad2s. so now i have two lol. -
two ipad2s, sell one on ebay :)

Get 6,500 VIP points within 60 days. $1 of rake = 6.5 VIP points. So basically get $1000 in rake and you've completed it.

I've been waiting for mine for about 2 1/2 months now. So frustrating. They shouldn't have offered this promo to international players if they weren't going to be able to fulfill timely. I wanted an Ipad2 for the summer, and they won't give me the cash value at this point and they won't fulfill my order (or tell me when its going to be fulfilled) either. Since I don't want 2 Ipad2's, I am stuck without one while traveling over the summer which was the point of getting one. Wish Lock would recognize this problem and compensate for it to, leaves a bad taste in my mouth to play there. Meh, /rant.

There can't be any logical reasoning behind this type of delay imo other than the obvious. -
I just sent another email to Emily since she didn't respond to the one 5 days ago asking again if I could have the cash equivalent so I could just go out and buy it myself before the summer is over. I was told 1 month ago it would be shipped in the next week or so. I completed the requirements for the offer 2 1/2 months ago. Got an email about it on June 1 asking for a color preference and shipping address (also in that email was told it would be shipping in about a week). What I once thought was a great promo, basically is going to ruin me from having the Ipad2 I wanted for the summer like I originally thought I would have.

Unfortunately the iPad2 promo is no longer available -- players had to sign-up before June 1st to be eligible for the promotion.
We've been doing our best to get as much information as we can about the various shipments, but all we can really say is to be patient. We've had players that are in Denmark and Belgium report that they've received theirs this week, so they should begin to arrive for others in the near future around Europe.
Again, apologies for the long wait times -- it should be worth it in the end though. We really appreciate all the patience guys! -
Hey Guys,
Compeleted requirments on the 21st of July. Have emailed support very often and Emily 5 times. Have gotten no reply. The silly thing is I decided to go for the cash equivalent (its one thing if there are shipping/availability issues, another thing altogether just transfer my $500 into my account).
I'm done playing at Lock until it is resolved. I had such high hopes for the site after its post Black Friday surge.
