    NY AG brought suits against FTP/stars/UB/AP
    MD AG brought against Doyle's Room and a bunch of sportsbooks.

    My speculation is that they are trying to limit their risk by not allowing new customers in states that have AGs that are likely to pursue action.
  3. I'm guessing DC has to do with the likelihood of Americans being able to play eventually in DC borders through regulated sites. They have also excluded France which regulations about only being able to play on sites licensed in France. Just a guess though.

  4. pretty sure those states have a record of inditing poker sites. So they prolly wanted to stay safe and get away, either way they are bound to get banned, just a matter of time
