its been 6 weeks since my initial payout ive been given 5 different dates as to which i would have my money. each date has came and went without an explanation. 2 weeks ago they had to put the money back into my account due to some "delay" and was told to restart the process!!! LOL. it is now 2 weeks later after being told i would have my money NLT 5-7 business days!!! being jerked around like this has put me on ubertilt let alone getting to be their 2/3 outer magnet posterchild for this entire period as well. now that today is the 10th business day from the 6th and final arrival im beginning to wonder if they will even respond to me emails, they have not in the last 48 hours.......anyone else have similar issues???? most frustrating payout experience ever.

yes i had similar issue late last year and was basically the same gettin jerked around couldnt get straight answer and they really didnt seem to know where the check was. i really think it was the processors fault and UB did take care of the problem but def got jerked around for a while. just be patient try to stay calm with them and theyll take care of it. if u go into my posts in my profile and look youll find i made couple posts as well about same issue

ub/ap live by the old school casino code " The longer they play the more they lose"
As if there going to give you your money when they could stall you for a few weeks.(in hopes you lose it back)
Think about when you sit down at a table or tournament at ub/ap you have good luck to start with but slowly will start to get 2 outed more and more.
sites like pokerstars and tilt don't make so much money everyday and have so many more players who play the higher stakes then ub/ap because people know they will get there money from stars or tilt
Switch sites IMO -
is this a serious statement? Have you not read all about the problems FT has had. Ive never had a problem cashing out on AP/UB.

I play exclusively on AP and since nov have done about 7 cashouts via bankwire, and I have received all within a week, preceded by snails letting me know they were processed as well as when to expect them. I gather as with any system there is always kinks. IMO the ability for online poker to continue to bear fruits for the serious, and even the recreational player, cashouts need to be handled in the utmost regard. If we have apprehensions about receiving our monies from poker sites, it A. Hurts credibility of the site and B. Scares away the novices who are dabbling and keep the poker economy train moving........jus my thoughts peeps
