I have a approved by email bank transfer from 1pm on "black friday" before i knew anything shortly after starting to here what was going on i requested a check also approved by email. I have not got either of these and have sent at least 8 or 9 emails to all the different support i can find for tilt. Never got anything but a generic response. Has anyone had any luck with fulltilt and finding out where Cash outs like this stand? Thanks for any help

yes me too i cashed a bank transfer 10 hours before black friday. i literally emailed them 5 times now asking where this money is right now. I haven't heard anything from them. i mean wtf at least let me know something. no answer nothing!!!!!!!! so much for being a black card member when i was still there back then. its like now they dont give a shit about us players

FTP has not responded to any of my emails recently ( as of BF US or UK email ) and stopped communication on missing Feb funds in mid March. I have sent them screen shots from my banking, emails from bank officials, and pdfs of bank statements. -
Ive been flamed several times for making this point in dougs thread. A simple answer of where that money is would be nice.

It's really messed up that those cash outs were approved themmoney disappeared from our accounts and its like the money doesn't exist. Yet full tilt won't even tell us if that money is gone or what. How bout a friggin comment of any kind full tilt.
What pisses me off the most is how Doug posts a thread basically addressing existing players. Hello what about the questions of the people you are holding money from? Can't answer one f$&&&g question? I would have made a bigger deal about this sooner but I didnt want to have people see stuff like this and stop playing and the site go completely under. -
Every player on the planet will be better off if Full Tilt goes under! No respect for players(the source of their income) should be their demise. Join me in banning everything Full Tilt. These crooks do not deserve our business or respect. I've been waiting almost 3 months for my money and I live in Canada. Tilt is nothing more then an internet scam run by a bunch of complete douchebags that resembles a poker site!

LOL, I mean does it really surprise you though? Look at what FTP was apparently doing to begin with. (all seemes pretty messed up imo) FTP is a joke and always has been when it comes to customer service. And all of us are bigger jokes for keeping money on their and expecting otherwise were something like "black friday" to happen. FWIW, Im in the exact same boat and had a check approved in the AM on Friday then boom, everything went bad. Just got to hope FTP will make good and wait this out. All we can do bc we all know were not getting a response to our emails/pms/posts anytime soon.

I know but it just pisses me off everyone kissing dougs ass like he's doing a favor coming on to tell you about some limited shitty update every 3'months on stuff that should have been fixed in a week. Should be hearing from Doug that full tilt fixed a glitch and added a basic feature in about 2'months. Thanks full tilt

Just wanted to post that a good friend of mine had the best double finish in the daily doubles A/B back in the first week of February, and has had this $6,000 withdrawal fail a total of 3 times, the most recent being just a day or 2 before Black Friday. So the payment issues seem to expand beyond Black Friday.

You made cashouts that were obviously hindered by "black friday" (which that name is abso-fuckin-lutely mind-numbingly retarded, but that's not important), haven't got your money, and are surprised? Not only this, but what seems like each and every one of you floods FTP support, which was slow to begin with, with a ton of emails, and you're surprised that you're not getting responses other than the same one everyone is getting....REALLY????!!!!
Jesus christ people, these sites have had no way to pay out US players since the indictments came down, obviously including any of the approved withdrawals from before that. You really think banks are going to process these with the shitstorm going on right now? We all heard the news about the deal and that we should be able to get our money within the coming weeks. Calm the fuck down, wait the few weeks, and stop flooding the damn support when you know you're not going to get anything new as a response. This goes for all three networks. You'll get your money.
If you had such a large percentage of your money on the sites that you can't get by a month without a withdrawal, well that's your fault, as we've all known for years that this was a very real possibility.

How can you trust them to give you back money or related fees if they wont even give a comment? A simple fkn comment is all i want. Not a canned email response. If you read the comments from the doj it says that the domain names were reinstated only to process payment back to the players. They have been cleared to do so. The government isnt stopping them so whats to stop them from writing checks and mailing them back to us????? How can it be disputed if the US government already told them to do it? No, you don't get it. Try reading again, there is no way at this moment to process any transactions to us. If you don't get that, then feel free to tell me what banks would possibly process any payouts from them. There is going to have to be a deal (and will be) wit the DOJ permitting these transactions. If you don't understand why, then I don't know what to tell you.

And with how many floating withdrawals there are out there, do you really think they're just going to ignore them and re-instate your account with your money? They obviously know these withdrawals exist. If they did not realize it, which I can guarantee you that they did, they sure as hell realized it with the hundreds, if not thousands of emails coming in from all the people who lack any kind of patience every damn day.
All these transactions are on record, it's just silly if you don't realize this. Players always got their money back (and then some in many cases) when checks bounced or when withdrawals had to be altered or cancelled, this is merely just a mass occurrence of this. Calm the fuck down, you're getting your money, stop acting like a 13-year old drama queen on her first period. -

Yea I feel you and anyone who acts like you dont have the right to be upset obviously is a dumb ass. But, whats the most frustrating to me about this all is the difference the two major sites have handled this. At least pokerstars is having personal emails addressed and trying to answer as best they can(it seems). Also creating a FAQ page etc. Compared to FTP-the biggest fucking customer service joke in the history of business, where not one person can even get a personal response to their question in an email. Its just sad,truly sad that all we get(and at this point expect) is one single post from the only customer service rep any of us have ever known. It says alot of about how each company is approaching the future imo. While we can sit here and debate all day, its really doing us no good and we just need to hope for the best and hope Doug will grace us with his presence within the next week or so.As much as it sucks, all we can do is surrender, getting our hopes up is just setting ourselves up for heartbreak later. I dont think were going to get the daily response from Doug were looking for, even tho it seems like it would be a great customer service move considering its "business as usual" for everyone else outside the US.

Please read carefully.
We understand theres no way to process transactions with U.S. customers, and yes FTP has no control over this. But, full tilt does have control over returning the recent withdraws by customers to out FULL TILT accounts.
If for some reason they are unable to put the funds back into our FTP accounts, then I don't feel it is unreasonable to expect FTPDoug to give an update everyday on the forums.

How many e-mails do you think they've received since April 15th? Do you expect every e-mail to get an individual, personalized response? The money is safe and secure... what more do you want? If they've got our money out of reach of the US DOJ, I'm glad they aren't publicizing the details. You seem to be ignoring the fact that these men could possibly be sentenced to spend their remaining years in prison. Furthermore, the criminal trial of these individuals is going to set huge legal precedent for online poker. Forgive them for not wanting to make a fucking mis-step.
Beyond that, is there really a right or wrong way to handle this situation? If you were charged with the same crimes, your lawyers would be telling you to no comment everything as well. They're walking a fine line between protecting their interests and communicating with their players. Your anger seems focused at the wrong people. Full Tilt (and the others) took an enormous risk by remaining in the US market in the first place. Now you're pissed that they aren't just falling on their swords.
The poker companies are not profiting from our misfortune, it's the other way around. Don't be so accusatory and hateful towards people who were fighting for your freedom in the beginning, at their own risk. -
So you're saying an e-mail from some hourly employee would make you feel better? Full Tilt has a longstanding reputation for slow communication. Now, of all times, you're surprised at this? They've got bigger fish to fry than e-mail, because simply stated most people won't take any assurance from having read one. It's one of those "actions speak louder than words" type situations. Accounts will be corrected, players will be paid. Their somewhat-profitable business depends on it.

its my money and I want it now. Same boat cashed out check black Friday. Missing funds and no check. I have not emailed them once asking about it tho. I just read forums like this to stay updated. Just a simple statement would be nice. I can't wait until the day online poker is legalized and harras buys out FTP and stars and we have one big site for everyone to play on. Pay taxes when u cashout gg everyone.

HAHAHA...if I owned a billion dollar business then yes I would give all my paying/loyal customers a personal email...and its not that they arent answering everyone its that theyre not answering anyone. I have yet to hear of anyone on the forum getting a call or personal email from ftp, while ps has continued to show why they are superior. -

I got all the common sense in the world pal. I would just think when running a multi billion dollar company, that during a time of crisis your number 1 goal would be to make all costumers feel comfortable and as much at ease with the situation at hand (seems thats just common sense). Poker stars HAS returned all pending cashouts from before and day of black friday and into players stars accounts. Full tilt has not returned this money yet to 1 person nor have they answered 1 email on this situation, nor was it ever mentioned in any of there public statements. Ok so please tell me MR COMMON sense how is it that we should have no concerns or worry about this situation?

Their support has always been terrible and now during their largest influx of cashout requests and emails you expect their support to improve? Ya it sucks noone's getting any responses from them worth a damn but do you really expect anything different?

Not that it was in a timely manner but it never took me more then 3 days to get a real response from support, and when blackcard support opened it never took me over 4 hours. Do i expect anything different? Yes i thought it may take them a week or so but going on 11 days and NOT 1 person getting a reply and not 1 public statement made on this issue what so ever, is not what i expected TBH.
