    I'm afraid to comment on their FB page as it might affect / delay two pending cashouts. I'm also surprised Bodog only has 2400 FB friends which is very small for a company that size so not really sure FB comments are going to matter whether they delete them or not.

    Ok so wait, I dont fully understand the situation here,

    Bodog shows no player names at all? for any cash games now and also mtts?

    How the fudge are people supposed to take notes?

    Smells like this is an easy way for bodog to get there super users some camoflauge and they can start generating some income for them selves now super using :s

    I read the full article and I dont see how they think this will help there business?

    I would think in the long run it would hurt business ? no?

    I was gonna move to bodog once seeing a couple of new sexy female pros recently signed there, but never went through with it, decicded to try this highpulse poerk site, new euro site pretty cool offer huge rb aswell.

    But wow Bodog just sick!!!

    Is merge the only place for USA players now along side cake poker networks?

    Are you guys really this incompetent? Is it surprising to you that they delete multiple wall messages of negativity? It doesnt take a genius that they appreciate the feedback in replies to certain wall messages that they provide and are deleting multiple negative spam messages all over their wall.

    Your life is pathetic and sad if these are the activities you do for fun. Shows alot of class and character.

    Winning players can adapt and still win. People like Illnug and Irpl4rolls will still be winning players. Sorry to the people who rely on HUDs/Notes (I had tons of notes fwiw) etc to win.

    I could just act like im 18 and spam their facebook page for fun or bitch and whine like it was April 15th or I can try and adapt to their changes and hope they change it back in the future. Regardless its out of everyones control, sure you can complain to them via email/phone, but lets be honest...if you read the 2+2 thread its not going to change.

    Continuing to play an adapt is one thing (which im going to do) But saying i love it and its great is completely absurd. Never used a HUD and i don't take that many notes so i couldn't care less about that. Frankly you're right, i probably am a bit immature for thinking something like spamming bodog's facebook is entertaining but w/e. Thanks for calling my life pathetic and sad, appreciate it.

    urm0msadictator used to crush too until he cashed out and got the doomswitch swong and didnt want to redepo, highly doubt i will now... i mean imo this anonymous crap just isnt the real game of poker. history and dynamic with certain ppl and adjusting etc is just such a large part of the game and the most fun part imo

Seems like from Bodogs perspective itll remain the same in the ways they can police it , but from a players point it will obv be much harder to forward facts to Bodog on certain suspicions without tools. Players seem to police more efficiently than just about all the sites excluding pokerstars.

    People have a right to complain, especially since a UB scandal can happen and there would be no way for users to report. However, like everything, consumers have a choice to either say enough is enough and not play there, or continue to support the site that has made changes that you don't like. Calling customer support & venting in this thread probably won't get much done except maybe make you feel better, but maybe not playing on the site and volume decreasing will make them rethink.

    I think Bodog thinks that whatever people think now, that people will just play there anyway even if they don't like the changes. If a site I played on did these types of changes, I would definitely be withdrawing my money fast and playing elsewhere. I also have more options than US residents, so I think bodog is relying on the fact that they are one of a few games in town and can do whatever they want. It seems they made decisions to make their sports gamblers and casino betters happier than the majority of the poker community which includes casual players as well.

    I think you are right, except of the Pokerstars part. The DoN & Stud collusions were stopped only after numerous complaints to the site. If you suspect someone of collusion on Pokerstars, they aren't going to uncover it themselves most of the time either, but will professionally look into it when you ask them to. The users themselves are the best detection against alot of the cheating and collusion on most sites.

    BOKE, can you link that 2+2 thread? I suck at the interwebz.

    Also, I completely agree with you that the good players that can adapt will prosper with this new set up. No matter what they do, grinders gonna grind. I'm enjoying the fact that no one knows who I am at the tables. I am way less exploitable, especially if people can't differentiate one number from one table to another number at another table. In other words, everything can blend in with this new set up, and you may forget if someone is aggro because you forgot which number or seat they are sitting at.

    I do think the payout structure needs to be adjusted back to where it was pre-patch. These flat payouts are pretty brutal. They make me want to fold to cash. And Nuggy doesn't like to fold to cash.

    lollll.. so true.. i think the software is 100x better aside from the fact that i can't pick my seat and i have to delete the min bet number to make my bet and the the check/fold buttons dont work sometimes... the over all software is way better.. i like ppl not knowing they're playing against me, i like people not using HUD's etc..

    if they would change the payout scale back and let me pick my seat then this whole thing really is whatev

    i mean if you cant win on bodog with or without screen names and HUDs then you should probaby just kill yourself anyway

    when i got this update, i expected to see people complaining about that stuff. not about anonymous play, which is awesome

    I mean Bodog prolly went a little too far too fast with it, but anonymous online poker...or at least poker where you cannot know someone's past results, or their stats without calculating them urself, is the future of poker and I hope the big time casinos and other companies recognize this so as too prolong the online poker industry. I mean how much $ would guys like GUe and other whales continue too dump if they knew no one could see how much they've lost? The collusion/MAing needs too be figured out, BUT I believe no player transfers GREATLy decreases the effectiveness of said practices right? and with payment processors being siezed, etc... it's safe too say sickos like jjprodigy are not going too be MAing bodog in the current poker climate.

    It pisses me off how ass backwards the poker industry has things and we could learn tons from other bigger and better industries in every since of the word. Casinos treat their whales like kings and queens. Comps, personal help, welcoming warm faces. Poker looks up your stats riducules you for dumping maybe 1/100th of ur disposable income, and then goes and posts about it too bros on the forums. IN the markets, you almost never hear of the top day traders giving away their knowledge or edges for cheap. In poker, we idolize young bros who are making modest at best(and super high % backed) clips and then selling their ideas in the form of training videos that can be displayed for all of time for almost always a lousy, one time fee. Never ever would software that tracks succesful day traders tactics ever be allowed, or even promoted in that industry. But here in poker, we praise everythin HOldem manager does.
