    Guys and gals,

    Itching to get back playing online and have lost patience in waiting for stars. Few questions about BOVADA:

    Is Bovada the former Bodog client?
    Can USA players play on here?
    How easy is it to get funds on and off?
    All round, is it a good option for US players?

    3. Get funds on in about 20 minutes via credit card or direst transfer from check account but I have not done a transfer out, yet.
    4. It's one of the few options for players living in USA.
    Merge network or Americas Card room are the others I know.

    There's alot more to Bovada you should be aware of:

    There are no player names, players are assigned a player number based on when you register for each tournament.

    No HUDs work with Bovada.

    You can't select which seat you want to play, making it a pain to multi-table.

    All in all the site is pretty worthless, like pretty much every site offering play to U.S. players, but it is still pretty fish infested, and cashouts as well as customer service are both consistent with them. Longest I ever had to wait for a cashout is about 5 weeks, considering the circumstances i guess it could be worse.

    Well I can assure you, just from reading these few replies, I wont be playing here lol. I do have an account on Carbon poker but for some reason they keep declining my deposit attempts. And yes, I do have funds in my bank account lol.

    Cash outs on all US facing networks are difficult. It's not that the operators don't want to allow players to cash out, it's more of the fact that sending "online poker funds" to US players is quite possibly illegal for them to do (its dark grey area). Thus, while covering their tracks and ensuring no DOJ seizure of player funds, processors for US facing networks have to be very careful.

    Insofar as Bovada goes, checks take 5-6 weeks to arrive. Carbon checks take 3-4 weeks currently.

    Insofar as your Carbon poker declined deposit attempts, are you using a credit card? Credit cards worldwide for online gambling are not 100% functional. They are quite hit or miss on the Merge gaming network. I recommend using Western Union for deposits to Carbon.

    I think ur talking about Cake/Revolution. I have requested a cashout multiple times WU and had money in my hand less than 24 hours w/ bovada, and checks are 4-6 weeks.

    If you want to play on bovada deposit via money transfer or rapid transfer and when you withdraw you get your funds in about 3 days.

    In order to get a WU cashout, you must withdraw your entire bankroll, and then make a deposit using using WU.
