cannot access to lockpoker vault to get money

    hi guys,

    as u all know, lock poker have the vault for us to put money in for security reasons. i put some money in there but wanting to get it out to play some more but i can't access to it. i emailed lockpoker support 3 times but no answers yet. please help if anyone can.

    I signed in the same way everytime to access it but somehow when i get to the lockpoker administrative page, they are wanting me to sign in again. However, it won't let me.

    Post here or PM Rizen. Towards the end of the linked thread, Rizen provided his email and gave instructions for emailing support & copying him. You may also want to try that.

    yeah, i did both. what is up with lock customer service bro

    man..they won't ever email back. i guess i'll have to wait until someone can help me to even play poker now. F...M....L
