Carbon password not working no matter what

    lol what a joke this is. I forgot my password after making a Carbon account a few months ago so I get a new password sent to me. The very next day that password does not work so I 'reset password'. The new password they sent me also does not work and since I tried it too many times I got locked out of my account. I email them and get a response about 12 hours later saying they unfroze my acct and I just need to reset my password again. So this morning I reset my password and the new one they email me STILL wont get me onto the client, it keeps saying I have an incorrect username or password. I go to try to log onto their website and viola the password works there, kind of. I go to change my password to something that I can remember and the website then tells me that the password I copy/pasted to log onto my account is not the right password. There is no way I'm entering it incorrectly and I'm getting damned tired of waiting for support responses. Any ideas?

    Smoke more weed while waiting for support? Seriously though idk what you can do except for wait for support, which sucks because they are excruciatingly slow. Gl though.

    if you dont have a lot of money there just switch to hero, i had a similar problem and they got back to me w/in a couple hours

    If you are living in the US, and don't already have a Hero account, its will not be possible to play on Hero.

    Unfortunately, this type of support seems fairly standard for many skins on the merge network. You can try PMing CarbonChris for help.

    Well I guess I'll retract that statement but expect 12+hrs for email responses, pretty standard I guess but frustrating when you're trying to play. Support told me to try using a different browser to log in to my account and try to change my password again. It worked in firefox but not chrome. I then could log into the client as well. Weird.
