    I deposited and sent my verification info a week ago and after several emails I still havent heard anything. I requested a check over two weeks ago= still nothing. Nothing about my info being verified or my check- seem like bunch fkkers . Sad seemed like only game in town and I know they are busy but wtf respond.....

    I deposited on Sportsbook.com poker which is on the Merge network. I had to send them a photo ID and a copy of a bank statement on May 4th which they veriefied on May 5th. I then requested a bank wire for $500 which took 3 days to appear in my bank account. I have emails that I can copy and paste on here to show yall what they said in them. Sportsbook.com has been easy to deposit and withdraw on for me. Hope this helps!

    What site? If it was Lock or Hero then you can PM Rizen or David Jung (the respective PRMs) and they could prbly help expedite the account verification process for you.

    If I end up depositing on Merge it'll be with Lock for pretty much this reason (+ you get one free check/mo). GL.

    Sorry i forgot to indicate it is Carbon poker who is giving a major runaround. I sent erification in like two weeks ago and havent heard anything in spite of my emails ?? i requested a check two and a half weeks ago no word- seems bad i realize they are busy and everything else but the customer service is now horrible. They discontinued the live chat about two weeks ago also. they must not want to spend the payroll to try and placate the customers....fk them

    I tried cashing out on Cake earlier I have less than 500 so they say they wont send me a check but it wont let me open the only other option it says is available in my area, something called "myewallet." Anyone have any ideas on how to get the money off of there?

    Hey Slugger,

    My ewallet is UseMyWallet which recently had many problems with w/d to US bank accounts. It is still good to transfer in between sites, one just cannot w/d currently to their USA bank account.

    However, one can deposit via UseMyWallet.

    here is my advice and it might be the only way to get your monies.

    1. Set up a UseMyWallet/ewallet account through cake
    2. Make a small deposit to USM than redeposit to Cake
    3. Play a few games
    4. W/d all money to UMW from cake (usually takes 5 days to hit account)
    5. Deposit money from UMW to Bodog
    6. Deposit a small amount via money transfer(w. union) to bodog
    7. play a few games
    8. W/d all monies via money transfer from bodog

    I know this is alot..but its the best way for you to get your monies.

    Carbon has been the absolute WORST so far. I've got piles of emails I send them and I get a response maybe once a week. I have been trying to cash out for the better part of a month now and still nothing. They don't even care. Probably just a scam. So I would highly recommend NOT putting any money on there as you are very likely to see 0 of it back. GL

    I played for a long time on stars and right now, the situation being what it is, I just dont trust Cake or Merge. Heard of too many issues with too many Merge skins. Seems like a collapse is imminent. Would love to be playing again as well. It would seem that Bodog would be the best bet to me. That being said, the software sucks, IMO. But, history has shown that Bodog doesnt seem to fear the DOJ.

    I read on sportsbook.com that to withdrawal by bank wire it takes 4-6 weeks? Unless its different for funds in a poker account...
