    Hey All,
    I just finished a final table on Carbon. There were 5 peeps left. Player to my right goes out, he had 140k.. The next hand I go out. I had almost 100k. He went out 5th, and myself 4th..but the final standings, and payouts showed me as 5th and him as 4th. I wrote Carbon..this is what they sent....

    In regards to your inquiry; the ending position in a tournament is awarded based in the stack size in the last hand. In your last hand you had 94,950 chips and bbigbill75 had 140,000 in his last hand. For this reason you ended in the 5 place and he in the 4.

    if u both were knocked out during the same hand then the guy with less chis before the hand started finishes 5th and the guy with more chips finishes 4th. that's prolly what the support understood. u prolly should contact them again and explain the situation again.

    Thanks for the response. I did contact them again with a long and lengthy email explaining the situation. For some reason on Carbon only there is lag for me. This must have come into play somehow because we went out in back to back hands. No respnse from them as of yet.
