carbon poker verification form

    anyone havin' problems with carbon poker verification ? i sent them verification form, copy of id and cc 11 days ago to be able to cashout.... every other day they email me back about something being wrong.... (everything on my form is filled out) account is still not verify and cant cashout.... takes about 36 hours for them to reply back each time.... anyone havin' same problem ?

    They havent returned my emails in over ten days regarding my cashout or verification...id be happy with 36 hours

    I had exact the same problem than you. Their support is so confusing and it sucks big time. Took me almost 3 weeks the verify my account...sigh. GL to you!

    ok its been 3 weeks now and my account is still not verify... am i missing somthing here ? i have sent them my id, cc (front and back) along with their email back verification form... i have sent it to them multiple times ..however they keep emailing me back stating they have not recieve my verification form to complete the verification process... am i missing a form here ? please help if anyone can this is so frustrating.....

    Has been a struggle for me also. After 2 weeks of back and forth with support I received this email on Monday:

    Thank you for contacting us.
    These documents have been forwarded to the Verifications department for review. As soon as we have an update, we'll notify you. Please expect a reply within 48 - 72 hours, depending on volume.
    We are always here to help you.

    Crossing my fingers............

    All I turned in was a scanned copy of their verification form, and a photo copy of my driver's license. I turned in the information once, they replied within 48 hours saying I was verified for cash out. Haven't requested a cash out, but was pleased with how fast they cleared me to do so.

    if direct link somehow doesn't work you can get to it from clicking on player admin in the client, then on the webpage on the left hand navigation bar clicking on support and then on account verification. Link is on the page.

    I have the exact same problem, prob sent an email with the attachments like 8 times and still I am not verified it is HORRIBLE. Shame cause it 's like the only option and they are getting more traffic but cmon they operate like a bunch of stupid bastards.....I was told that you can go to customer support iunder the player administration tab and upload the files urself but stf I can't click on the support line it wont let me LOL. So i keep waiting and wont deposit or play till I am verified . As a matter of fact what I am also hearing is that it takes five weeks to get a paper check once you are finally verified and request a check. Where are the old days WTF...

    i get the same email as you, and yes you cant even click on the support line ....

    anyone know if carbon dosent work out, can i just delete this site and start up new at lock poker ?

    Not if you are an American and don't already have an account at Lock. As of June 3rd, new US customers are not allowed. Its supposed to be temporary, but who knows.

    I was able to get verified in a couple of days. My cashout has been pending for 3 weeks though. Has anyone been able to get paid recently?

    Still waiting... mine has been pending for a month now. For anyone having trouble finding the form, you need to open your payer admin with Moxilla Firefox in order to have the otions to get your form. Not that it will matter. Once you fill it out you'll still wait for years to get any money.

    Sounds like Carbon has worse support than Lock. At least with Lock, you can PM Rizen for help. Has anyone had luck with PM'ing CarbonAtil?

    Hey guys,

    Couple things here I guess. If you are sending in forms and ID to support, and getting emails that something isn't clear or something else is required, then that's what is required. Many people are able to get approved and verified with sending things in one time. It could be a part that isn't filled in, is not consistant with what's on your profile, or didn't scan clearly/accurately.

    Check processing, regardless of verification, is taking in the region of 6 weeks right now. While we are working hard to improve that, that's the current timeframe. We're hoping to bring some more options to the table soon.
