cash out on lockpoker? my god...still pending approval

    ok...anyone got check or money from lock poker yet when they cashed out? my god, i withdrew a check since 5/27 and it's still pending. I mean, come on guys. what is taking so long. What's frustrating for me is i emailed them at least 5 times and no response at all. it's like they completely ignore me. I play poker to make money and if i'm not getting my money, it's not even worth it. I also cashed out on the casino side and still pending. just unreal.

    i'm just exhausted with this website.......where is my money.

    im glad rizen is helping but i still want my money

    That's not even 3 weeks! Simmer down.

    These sites are dealing with all kinds of obstacles and you and everybody else have to be patient.

    I just got a check from a Merge skin. It took just under 4 weeks, and I'm very pleased.

    Nah I'm with OP. He's been pending for three weeks and isn't even getting responses to his emails. That's not acceptable. I hear a lot of stories like this from Merge. It's why I haven't deposited.

    And I think it's time to stop defending Merge in regards to their volume influx issues. They've had two months now to get their shit in order and they still seem to be slow. Last time I logged into Lock they had like 11K ppl online during their peak. That's not even that much traffic. Pretty absurd they can't handle that small volume in a reasonable time frame.

    I think you're one of the ones that has already sent me a PM and I'm coordinating with support to make sure someone gets back to you. I'll follow up again as soon as I write this.

    As far as the check goes 4-6 weeks for checks is pretty standard on Merge right now. Once it moves from pending to approval it usually arrives in 3-5 days. We do have another solution on the casino side called checks by courier that has a $3k max. That solution checks normally get approved within 24-48 hrs, and go out on Mondays and take 3-5 days to arrive (you also get a tracking # from the shipping company). If you have the bankroll to handle it I've been recommending people who've been in the queue as long as you have to request a check on the casino side as well and only cancel the poker side check once they get a tracking #.
