What's the deal with wire withdrawals for US players? I had 2 wires returned to my account from last month, and had another wire processed for 8k on 3/16. Is there any chance of this money arriving in my bank account in a timely manner?

Please tell me the premium wire's new maximum withdraw amount of $4500 is only temporary.

does playing on ap allow you to be eligible for the monthly and yearly tlb race on ub.com or is that for ultimatebet players only

and why doesnt the allin hotkey work? im usually on my laptop with a touchpad mouse so its much easier to just hit F8 than dragging the bar all the way over and clicking raise.

I emailed AP this wknd about transferring $ from my UB acct to my AP acct & I was told I can't. Doesn't make sense to me but I'm just gonna deposit new $ on AP since I don't want to risk getting my account tied up due transferring with somebody I dont know, being I've heard a few rare horror stories about that.

Be advised that you can always transfer funds between AP and UB as you like, here is a explanation on how to request a transfer from any of these sites.

You can follow these easy steps in order to make a transfer.

From the Game Client:

1. Select 'My Account' from the menu at the top of the page.

2. Select 'Cashier'.

3. Then select "Account Transfer".

You will then be asked to provide the following details: Username and first name of player that funds are to be transferred to along with the amount to be transferred. Finally, click "Submit" and the transfer will be initiated.

2 requests for AP and they are small and simple....show how many Points each tourney, sit'n go, etc in the lobby, the other, let players be able to type sentences without being limited.

Thanks Hunt. I just did the live chat feature w UB to get to the bottom of this lol. I learned that in order to transfer $ from yourself on 1 cereus client to yourself on another you must have deposited on both. Since I never deposited on my AP account from like 5+ years ago that's why I can't apparently. On the bright side AP has a fat deposit bonus right now I suppose I'll take advantage of.

Hello everyone & sorry if some issues i'll mention are already discussed. Also sry for my bad english.

I play turbo 9mans only, and here are few suggestions that would make my life easier:

1. Filter. I want to see only turbo's listed. But if I check "turbo" checkbox only, list of tournaments is empty. I have to check both "1 table" and "turbo" in order to get turbos listed, and they are listed along with reg speed tournaments that i don't wanna on list - few times I mistakenly registered on those. They are painfully slow btw :)

2. Color coding of players. That's something tillt and stars have, and it's very useful if you are doing table selection. I'm trying not to register over regs (which is, generally not easy at all cos cereus regs at $22+ don't give a damn, and seems like enjoying hurting their own ROI, but that's another issue). Anyway some kind of option (in notes?) to associate players with specific color, and be able to see that in tournament lobby, like pros names which are already in different color, would be great.

3. Please, please, please, remove that ridiculous 5/10 lvl, for turbos at least. Cereus 9man turbos last 45 mins on average, and afaik are the slowest ones, compared to other sites. Faster tournaments means more $/hr for good players (if it's too fast for someone, he can always play reg speed) and more rake for you. It's win-win situation imo :)

We are working on enhancing our hot keys along with developing a layout manager. This is a big project so it is def. going to take some time.

Removing the option to open fold was requested by Poker Ops. This is to help speed up the game as now players will not have to double click. When you open fold, it ask you to verify if you want to fold which slows the game down. We also limited the amount of information that observers can obtain without playing. Nothing has changed in regards to information players can save as long as they are playing on the tables. We are looking at doing developing rematches for our HU SnGs as well.

Looking to clean up our pop-ups and it looks like MTT SnGs will now have Synch breaks. I will let you know when that is released and what MTT SnGs. We might start with 45 MTT SnGs first.

I will be gone for a couple weeks on vacation. Going to Chile for lollopalooza and then to Argentina! So, I won't be checking on here for a couple weeks. But as soon as I get back I will check and see what you guys have been up to.

I appreciate all the suggestions, concerns, and comments. I look forward to a great year. Got some great features and enhancements that I think you guys will like. Take care and I will see you guys when I get back.

Cconsider letting the Poker Ops guys know that having the ability to fold when it is your turn is a valid option in poker. I explained the one time when I do it in order to have a stack that can rebuy. Others will often open fold after a failed bluff got called on the turn and they don't want their opponent to see what they had on the river, so instead of checking the river they fold so the opponent can't see the hand. It happens live, it happens online. Maybe they can add it as an option like [ ] show fold button always, and then remove the idiot check that tells you that you can check if you want. Keep the default as is for the newbs and your speed of play concern but allow the option for people that understand.

It's rather tilting that effort is being done to speed up your rake intake by micro seconds but not addressing some of the bugs still in the client. For instance the ability to rebuy ANYTIME that you are not in a hand, ie) when you first late register or like a poster above pointed out, as you are sitting there at addon time with 150 chips you should be able to rebuy, then addon.

1. Uhh no, def not for ultra turbos and turbos, possibly remove for standard sng's but.. I really like the 5-10, in the faster structures because it's basically a free info gathering level with minimal risk to your stack or tny life, and also good for flopping/extracting value w monsters occasionally etc.. I could do without them in non-turbo MTT's for sure but..

2. Also does the hand replayer have a playback feature like PS & FT? Am I an idiot that can't find it, or if it doesn't can we get one?

3. Is there a way, or can we get 1 to put different skins on different tables that are open and playing at the same time? The only way I can figure out to change them changes all the tables, and I play different structure/bi level and changing the background is a way I use to easily tell which is which. Another idea here would be to put the buy-in and game structure on the top of the open table window, instead of some long tny & tbl #s which mean basically nothing to me. I noticed the MTT's have "3k guaranteed" or something like that, the same idea for sng's..?

4. Kind of same as # 3 but is there a way to lock the table layouts, I also like to arrange them based on bi and game stage and on PS & FT I sort of put them near where I want them and click the cascade option and it snaps them in nearest where I had them. On UB when I try this, it seems to re-arrange them based on start time in the same order every time or I have to move them manually and it's a little tedious.. I don't know, more features or options relating to table layouts and skins selection?
