For about the past month or so I've noticed that occassionally the amount of chips reported to be in my stack will fluctuate without me taking any action.
The actual amount of chips I have doesn't change as I can move the slider bar all the way to the right and it will display the proper number of chips I have. Also the correct number is reported in the lobby-just not on the display that I am obv looking at most often.
Considering that the actual number of chips I'm holding doesn't change, I consider this to be a mild concern on a surface level. Yet it does get pretty frustrating having to keep rechecking for my exact chip total.
I've reported the problem several times and no one seems too concerned as I've yet to get any sort of a response.
I've never really questioned the integrity of the games being offered on Lock until now. The fact that they aren't doing a thing to allieviate my concerns is problematic imo.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, or perhaps, some other problem/glitch with the software/interface?
I understand the risks of playing online in the US, but until now I assumed that risk to be limited to the funds I've deposited or those that I hope to cashout. Now it appears that we might also need to be concerned about some dodgy software.
