    Has anyone been able to contact/get a reply from FTP since black Friday on any issue (doesnt have to be payout related).

    What is there new email address(es)?

    I need to get in contact with their events team.

    Thats what ive punted for WJ. Havent received a Postmaster delivery status delay yet (as i did with the .com), so fingers crossed.

    Gags, its a different address for what Spraggs is looking for. He is asking about event entries which is handled by a separate department from the support group and hopefully less busy.
