The answer is that it depends on which site we're discussing. In the cases of Cake, Full Tilt, and betfair, the answer is yes! On some sites that we will be offering in the future, tournament fees are not included. For now, you can sign up through any of those three we're offering and receive rakeback on tournament fees!
