Hi,
I Reside in the USA. Born in the Good Ole USA :)
I have dual Citizenship in USA and in Israel.
I am wondering if I can register under my address in Israel and play while being in the USA?
Would anyone know?
I can have a bank account in Israel. I can use an address from Israel. I have Israeli ID by means of passport.
Any ideas?
Forgot to Mention I am asking about pokerstars. I do have an Account in Pokerstars under my USA address. So were blocked from playing and wondering if I can use my Dual Citizenship as means of registering a whole new account or perhaps emailing pokerstars a change of address is probably what I think stars would prefer -
No. You must be physically located outside of the states, and on a permanent basis.

What if I have someone outside the country register from there and I play from here?
Cant it be like im on Vacation in the USA? -
no they block US IP addresses. if you have a VPN that routes your internet traffic through israel, then it's like your in israel. have fun at the tables

As stated above they block US IP's and In my opinion it is not worth risking you Bankroll being confiscated by trying to circumvent the rules.

Just back in the US for 10 days, and won't bother playing on stars during that time even though I would love to. Yes, I could take the chance to VPN in, but its not worth it, so will just wait until I am back out of the country. I have heard that Stars has ways of detecting VPN networks, maybe some of the other networks aren't as diligent.

cool i could definitely see stars being on top of it. from what i hear other sites are different stories though
