Well, I for one logged in and pretty much instantly hated the Lock Poker Revolution software.... The old interface, lobby, table talk, emoticons, slick look, everything about it was fantastic. After last nights update I am pretty much going to abandon the site because I don't think I can sit their and play on this new software for any real amount of time without wanting to blow my head off! They pretty much made it another known site with different colors, I did not like and stopped playing on that site as well for same reasons.
I vote to go back to old interface! -

The title says it all. I have emailed Lock support and they have been beating around the bush about it. I have the same screen name and email address on both sites. The article on the home page says that everything is fine unless your screen names are the same, but with no way to fix it.
Does anyone have an idea of what I am supposed to do? -

Apparently they have a limit in amount of characters (12) you can have in your screen name. I thought I had done a typo and forgot to put the last letter on the end but talking to a few ppl their names were cut short as well, even though it let them put the entire name in when creating the screen name....

instantly updated the software saw the atrocious guarantees and i am now trying to withdraw my money, so i click the cashier tab it takes me to a internet window saying to withdraw click the cashier button on the application....sigh....this is so dumb.

seems more withered and chittier software than ever before, tho I will say that the tournament structures are vastly improved.

at least we can just play on the other merge sties .. i hate this software this why i didnt play on cake.

uhhhh... not sure about the mid-stakes and hs MTTs, but I played a $2 bounty 400gtd.. it had 100-200 followed by 100-200-25, 125-250, and didn't skip any levels. Figured that if the lowstakes MTTs have that good of structure, the MS and HS ones would as well.Originally Posted by tyson219

Thanks. Odd. 30r was 100/200/0, 150/300/20 and then 200/400 and 300/600.
Hopefully things will be more consistent tomorrow when the full schedule comes out. -

sigh.....hopefully they change their software soon...I thought I saw somewhere that this would happen before too long.

Anyone having issues with the actual download or 'upgrade'? I was logged in last night at the time of the move and it disconnected me, when I went to log in, had started doing the changes automatically, but never took me past a certain gray box with a hourglass symbol directly in the center. Can't seem to get d/l to work after having removed it all from my computer. Anyone have a source file or anything that could help me out with this?

I hope so. I'm down to grind them. Being that the Merge structure makes it purely a rb game which saddens me especially since I earned a ss badge for overall profit for 2011 after bf & playing on bodog for 3 months before they went anonymous..Originally Posted by boneralert

Merge structures and payouts are atrocious & that's why people are even considering other options IMO. Merge had a goldmine but probably cooked their golden egg months ago IMO. -

Tford prob does from what he posted about hem earlier today but then again he didn't get a chance to reply apparently to my post asking the same q and based what he said about hem I'm assuming pt doesn't, however they are two completely different pieces of software so.. I won't play there until some sort of HUD is functional regardless of the fat affiliate rb deal I have been offered.

They get you at live stops. Don't use local networks. If you notice any funny biz with comp don't use it. (running slow/ login pw gone)
