    Looks like MTT pay structures have improved (or maybe its just another lobby glitch).

    A lot of times there is late reg, but it doesnt work. Closing the client and reopening often does the trick.

    i contacted codeweaver for some support seeing as lockpoker support hast responded to me in days.

    anyone know what's up and or a better site?? i heard lock poker was great and u can use real money even if you are in the states.

    Assuming you're using the Mac client (which I think you are since I got the same error), the fix was posted on the other site:

    Open Finder
    Click on your home profile (ie: name of your computer underneath "Desktop")
    Click Library
    Click Application Support
    Find the Lock Poker folder and drag it into Trash
    Re-launch Lock.

    This should fix the problem.

    I dont like how they adjust the structures so that all the tournaments are the same length. There's really no difference between a deep stack and a regular tourney a lot of the time. They just adjust the structures so there really is no difference. They'll start the deepstack at 25-50 or they'll make the levels shorter. It defeats the whole purpose of playing in a deep stack or rebuy tourney. I like those tournaments because they allow for more play. They're supposed to take longer. That's the whole point of them. But they've just adjusted everything so there is no real difference in a lot of them. They can get them over with faster and get money circulating quicker.

    Yeah, but the problem is most people don't know that, so there is no field size/prize pool worth playing for.

    Actually yesterday lock had some better gtd's than merge and some of the pp's were larger in same buy-in ranges...if merge keeps slashing gtd's lock may take over. I hope not tho as I prefer everything about merge.

    I wanted to post that i did receive my WU from Lock, it took 2 weeks normally takes one maybe the overload of new account sign ups and the customer service that goes along with that caused a backlog, never the less i am pleased it worked and will continue to play there.

    so now that Lock and Cake are on the same network, are the payouts the same shitty 60-90 day payouts that cake used to have or are they improved now? this is the deciding factor for any site/network i play on

    They've been pretty bad -- 20-25% of the field paid -- but a few last night seemed to be better and tables were 9 handed instead of 10, so perhaps they're better now.

    I can not get into the cashier on lock poker, it wants me to log in and it shakes which means my passwords are not the same. Support has contacted me back twice but no help. Anyone have an answer, I want to play again on there and can't? Stealbet

    This is probably an easy fix that I'm missing but.. is there a way to get Lock's tables to actually pop the most urgent to front instead of just beeping in the background while it times out?

    ya it use to do this atomatic now im scrabbling to get to tables in time really sux let me know if u find an answer i cant and checked hard for options but just not there anymore

    Yep, though Im pretty sure I saw this issue in a Hold Em freezeout yesterday.

    lock is being really sketchy...watch out guys I wouldn't deposit.

    Just got a 3,000 check in the mail, deposited it, and the check bounced on me.

    Support won't help me at all, one week later and nothing. This is completely unprofessional and I cant get help from anyone on the site, not sure where to go from here

    This site is a joke. I'm trying to email them my verification documents and the email keeps bouncing back.

    Why does every rebuy and cubed from $1 to $75 have the same 1500/1500/2500 stacks and no 250/500 level?

    The answer is that Lock is a crap site run by fucking scammers in a garage somewhere.

    Getting the thing where it says I have a balance of 0. Obv sucks cus Im in a rebuy. Tried quitting client and then relaunching but no luck. Anyone have any other ways to fix this?

    Fix the high roller structure and maybe Ill play it again. Not a big fan of 215 turbos tbh.

    Saw your post on this in 2+2 sponsored forum. Ive made a thread about this over there and emailed support many times. So far nothing has come of it. Maybe add your experience to the thread I made over there so that the reps can see this is a recurring issue. Hope you get it resolved and especially that they refund you those buyins. I only lost a fraction of what you lost, and Im still upset over it.

    they finally "processed" my WU today according to the cashier and now shows 0 pending since 9am this morning. I emailed numerous times for pickup info and i finally got an email back... all "ellie" had to say was that i would not be receiving a reimbursement on the WU fee and COMPLETELY NEGLECTED to pass along my WU pickup info. thanks for a meaningless email lock support, still waiting....
