    I was in a 3$ rebuy today, tried to rebuy, showed a 0 balance, timed out trying to figure out why.
    Of course the cashier showed my balance WAS there. I'm so tired of both Revolution and Merge.

    yea but other than when you bust in a rebuy during rebuy period and it prompts a pop up screen, how do you rebuy and add on?

    If you are below the rebuy amount "rebuy" is available right under the dealer.

    add on is like 5 min after 1st break and its right next to the rebuy button under dealer.

    kind of annoyed how every 6 hours some random amount of $ gets moved from poker to casino on Lock. Sometimes its $5, sometimes its $1k.

    Just a note to anyone who isn't aware (as Lock does an F- minus job of publicizing these things), but rakeback players can now redeem their points for cash using the points tab in their cashier.

    I am having the same unbelievably annoying problem. Lock's customer service is EMBARRASSING. I also have a Mac and tried following your steps, but I have no "Library" after my home profile. Waaaaahhhh :'(

    Here is imjustshane's post from the other forum:

    Click the Finder icon on the dock to bring up the Finder Menu Bar.
    Holding down Option, click Go on the Menu Bar and click Library
    Go to the Application Support folder and find the Lock Poker folder.
    Drag the Lock Poker folder to the Trash
    Go to the Application folder and double click Lock Poker
    "

    I guess it depends on what version of OSX you're running. If you're still having problems post back and I'll try to see if I can help.

    Has anyone else had the problem in sattys where you go to rebuy and it just doesn't give you the option? I was in a $30rb $550 satty and we were 3 handed (only started with 7) and I got it in on a huge draw thinking I could rebuy only to see "You finished 3rd" pretty awesome.

    Wes. I've taken off a few WU and they have been taking about 10-14 days lately to process.

    The MTT structures have been fixed up and they're really good now. They do still need to increase the amount of chips in rebuys though. If you don't double up during the rebuy period you're playing 20-30bb deep after the addon. It makes for a gambly rebuy hour, but that only works out if your table is willing to cooperate. Bigger addons please!

    wtf I'm in a lock tourney right now and the lobby shows nothing. No chip stacks, no payouts nothing. All I know is I'm 4/20 right now because it shows that at the actual table but no idea about anything else. Anyone elsehave this issue?

    They were for sure unlimited. It's been about a week now since it's happened. Traffic seems to have stepped up quite a bit the last week as well. Most the GTD's are surpassing the GTD amount.

    if ur still locked out try to close and reopen the client (write down all tournies ur in still first, mine didn't auto load like they do on merge).

    I had success doing this about 30 min ago.

    Did this 5 times on two diff comps.. 2 tables r playing 3 are totally blank WTF Lock....

    Yeah I have this problem quite a bit, especially in rebuys. I also have problems registering for MTTs sometimes, it gives me an error message saying "registration can not be completed at this time", meanwhile I'm watching other people register for the same game. Usually it's only 1 out of the 5 or 6 I want to play, but it's pretty annoying. I've emailed Lock multiple times and they insist there is no problem. On Sunday when the site crashed I was 2/3 in a satty for the nightly $109, 2 seats awarded, $60 for 3rd, and I have still received nothing for it, not even a buy-in reimbursement.

    I emailed support, trying to find out the same thing. I had doubled early in the 100k, and it compeletly shut down for 3 hours. I have still yet to receive any sort of compensation.

    Site is such a joke...
