Bad enough they good away live chat and u cant call them... but they dont answer emails.. they sent u acknoledgement and never get back to you.. I guess they dont want to keep they players they have..

Seems standard with most (but not all) of the Merge network. Same reported issues on Carbon and Lock.

i'm on lock poker too i sent them a message yesterday and they were back to me with answer in 15 mins..

Guess they are getting better or you got lucky. I have had a few responses to their support completely ignored even when followed up, but this was a few weeks ago. Hoping this is the case and your response from support wasn't a fluke.
