    are we gonna get our money through a check or are they just gonna give our old accounts back with the money on it

    id imagine they are just re instating our accounts with the hope that not everyone will withdraw all of it and start to play their again, i would guess most of the old methods of withdrawal will be available, for non us anyway

    anything right now is speculation, but I think they will reinstate all the accounts and go through player verification to confirm the owners of the accounts.

    They already posted some stuff about if you don't remember your screen name or pass word. But how anyone would forget their screen name is beyond me, unless they were a complete noob or purely once a month type recreational players.

    obviously they just reinstate your account and non us players can play and us players can only cashout.

    They would NEVER take out the money from the people and just put it on there bank account or send a cheque.
    1. Its no much work to approach every single player
    2. It takes away the money that is on the poker website and people would need to deposit and are less likely to play as fast as most people would do without needing to deposit.

    Simple logic..
