Hey TC,
There are a couple of reasons this could have happened:
1) Just to be sure you know, each Friday's transfer covers the previous Tuesday-Monday. So for instance if you played last week from Tuesday-Thursday and didn't get a payment Friday, it might have been because you hadn't played in the period that was covered.
2) You had a negative rakeback balance carrying over. For instance, maybe in late June you spent a lot of FTP points or had other deductions. Those would carry over until they're cleared back to positive.
If you have your account with us, send me a PM and I'll be happy to check out your specifics. -
Thanks for the response Adam. Mine was a direct signup account from way back that was converted after playing the squeaky wheel. Maybe I wasn't doing enough volume and they turned me back off. I don't remember spending any points, I wonder if I went negative balance somehow over winning a bust-a-pro shirt or something. Maybe MTT entry fees doesn't count towards rakeback anymore.
I think I'll just slam them with some cash play this week and see if it shows up next Fri. -
They def didn't turn you off.... You might have gotten a negative balance for deposit and/or withdrawal fees. MTT entries definitely still count towards rakeback. You probably just weren't due a payment yet, but you should log into your rakeback account and see what the stats look like.
