I made a post about FTP and their rake back program and customer service issues. I think the Thread got consolidated or moved I can't find it. But anyway there is an update. I more or less completely stopped playing FTP until recently when the midstakes competition started.

Anyway about a week into the comp (after I had been grinding there no stop for over a week) they sent me an email telling they had given me a blackcard in order to encourage me back (even tho I was already back , at the time atleast) . I replied keep your blackcard I want rakeback.
They replied they would forward en email to their rakeback pro affiliate etc... 2 days later I got an email from them that I had rakeback now.Congrats me...
Now the last day of the midstakes comp I had been grinding pretty hard on all sites including FTP. I got an email from FTP . In an effort to get me back at the tables we have put a ticket to the 750k in your account. Sure enough they had. I guess they hadn't noticed I was back already. Bonus tho.
If your high volume player and having the same issues with FTP stop emailing them and take a few weeks off. -
Nice, congrats on the win!
-
they credited me with 2 step 3 tickets tickets b/c my rolling avg (still above 500) dropped like 100 pts while i was in LA. lol
-
I wish I got free stuff from FTP
-
They don't give a sh1t, how many petitions for auto add on and everything else. Atleast stars makes things happen when their players want something. Pocketfives should boycott them for a week and see if they care about losing players

I really don't see how some of you bigger guys aren't getting rakeback. First off, you have a 482097748027402x better chance of getting rakeback by going thru affiliates, not FTP support. I got it when I was a midstakes reg thru rakebackpros.com and have never really put in that much volume. All it took was emailing the affiliate and FTP support a few times and they gave it to me. I have referred at least 5 people tho this site and they have gotten it. I know of another old reg who doesn't really play anymore that went thru that site and had it literally hours later. And tbh, I really doubt not playing on the site to possibly strong arm FTP into giving you rakeback is going to really do anything. Hope this helps someone out, glgl

Just saying I have rakeback there but I hardly play there. Pretty disgusting when you constantly see petitions and requests ignored. Plus I run like azz there. Just my 2cents
-
I don't know when you got yer rakeback but years ago I emailed them and they said I couldn't have it multiple times . Things have changed since then OK I understand what you are saying. But I'm not going to jump thru any hoops or send any more emails to try to get rakeback so I can pay to play on any1's site. I refuse to take any shit from people who I am paying rake to.

I had a cake check bounce recently and they took so long to handle it, I have yet to play another hand since.
I had a UB check bounce this month and they asked me to send a hard copy of a bank statement that I wouldn't have for a week at minimum. I simply told the live support guy that I would no longer be playing on their site if they did not accept the emailed version of the statement that I had . Within minutes he told me to send what I had in email form and accepted it and put them money from the bounced check back in my account.
As for the statement in your quote I bolded. I guess your calling me a liar? I dunno cuz thats what happened. Or maybe you just didn't read the post. -
To given an update to all loyal players! ..
Because of this topic I got inspired and decided to stop playing on FTP until they begged me to come back and play. Here my email:
Because of the new blackcard system from FTP and there support ( props ftp for quick responses) I get this answer:Hi FTP,
I mail you because I'm tired of the fact that i'm reading everywhere that there are players awarded extra bonusses and some people even getting rakeback whereas I grind an amazing amount of volume on FTP please take a look at my last year track record and see how much rake I paid.
Now again I read about people stopping to play and then being reward bonusses to get back. If you want to keep me as a faithful player and grinding easily over 500 FTP points per day (i'm grinding about 5/6 times per week, just had a 3 week holiday, please provide me with any kind of rakeback/support/reward because the blackcard system bonusses are a total joke compared to the volume I play and the amount of rakeback I get.
Hope to hear from you,
Thank you for contacting us.
I'm sincerely sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Black Card experience so far, but I have reviewed your account situation, and, to thank you for your continued support and loyalty, I'm pleased to inform you that we offered you the Cash Back bonus.
Players eligible for our Cash Back Bonus will receive a weekly payment equivalent to 27% of their generated rake and tournament fees.
To accept this bonus offer, you need to login to Full Tilt Poker, open the Cashier and go to the "My Promotions" page.
Select the Cash Back Bonus and click on "Accept". Your bonus will also be tracked on this page.
Your Cash Back bonus period will initially last for four weeks.
The Cash Back Bonus can be extended for another four weeks by earning the number of Full Tilt Points, as shown, before the current bonus period ends.
If you have any questions on this offer, or on any other aspect of the Black Card program please don't hesitate to let us know.
You can also directly write in Portuguese if you wish, as we do offer Portuguese support.
I hope you will enjoy your new bonus, Randy, and, as I see that you are currently playing with us, let me wish you the best of luck at the tables!
Warm regards, -

Uhhh what? I clearly read your post since it was what I was replying to in your thread. Its just my opinion that you have a better chance of getting rakeback in a way other than just not playing. Thats what the bolded sentence means.

iplaytourneys...is the cash back bonus permanent tho? I just received this cash back bonus as well and emailed them askin if it was permanent but I did not receive a straight forward answer, only that it will continue into 2011 which is when my current cash back bonus period ends...to tease me into becoming black card, which is what they are doing with the amount of points i have to receive to be eligible for the cash back bonus, and then take away rakeback once becoming black card in hopes that i will keep that volume is bs. Im not sure why ftp simply wont tell you how long this cash back bonus lasts or that as long as you continue to reach your points goal that it will continue (my current goal is 10k pts every 4 weeks)...

I just received this cash back bonus as well 2 weeks ago and emailed them askin if it was permanent but I did not receive a straight forward answer, only that it will continue into 2011 which is when my current cash back bonus period ends anyway. They did not even email me to let me know I had it. (P5s shipped tho :) It took 5 replies before they addressed why I did not get the original offer email like others or the update offer...
What happens when the year end iron man bonus starts in FEB?
I fully support them keeping this. I can fully say I really really really will not stay if they drop it, or make it redic to keep up.
Hopefully there will be a great post, of well put together info regarding rewards for 2011. Gota make it count since the world is guna end and all. -
I got offered the Cash Back Bonus and I'm not even close to Black Card, so I honestly think it's something they should be keeping available for a long while. At least I hope they are haha. I had been actively seeking rakeback on FTP for a while, but since I had signed up through an affiliate without knowing, there was nothing I could do. Out of the blue I got offered the Cash Back Bonus and was never informed of it having an end date, as long as I extended it into the next month. I guess only time will tell.

We don't plan to end this promotion in the nearest future.
We can't tell you for sure, if this will became our permanent bonus, but I can assure you, that this will continue in 2011.
Once we will have more information, our players will be informed.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please let us know.

So I assume that if you accumulate 10K FTP Points a month you get the bonus every single month. Seems like a sweet deal and I'm totally stoked with FTP atm.Your Cash Back Bonus period runs from 00:00 ET on 26 November, 2010 to 23:59 ET on 23 December, 2010 .
You will be able to keep track of your earnings here once your Cash Back Bonus period has begun.
Your current bonus period is due to expire at 23:59ET on 23 December, 2010. To extend your bonus, earn 10000 Full Tilt Points before your current bonus period expires and your bonus period will be extended to 20 January, 2011. You can track your progress below. -
I finally got rakeback from Fulltilt for a month and they stated they would offer it to me on an ongoing month by month basis if I continue to get 1000 ftp's monthly. I am lucky to hit 100 at FullTilt. I have already gone the rakebackpro route and was told no since I already have an affiliate. I will probably get Fulltilt to give me permanent rakeback only after I am done playing in 24 of their $5000 Sit-N-Learn freerolls. Then I can afford to boycott FullTilt. Requested a $250 withdrawal last night from FullTilt!!! At least I have made progress at the tables even without rakeback.

Edited By: JLizard Nov 27th, 2010 at 07:49 AMAlright then I apologize for taking the sentence for what it says rather than what you meant. I thought it was cool that "voting with your feet" actually worked and made a thread about it. I should have learned my lesson by now that making thread on this site is a waste of time.Originally Posted by I Spew Chips

EDIT : mods feel free to delete this thread I don' want to give anyone bad ideas or advice. -
Not going to delete, but am going to lock, considering the combined thread about this and the 892734897324893724392 other threads about it
