    Sup guys, life w/o poker has been back b4 poker. Building racecars again and working tons of hours... Kinda fun I guess knowing I cant go run to the computer but today I just wanted to sit here. What is the status with cashouts? Are we pretty much SOL??? Gl to all I hope life is going good for every1 with this void.

    SOL for now. There is still a possibility that FTP gets a cash infusion from investors that will allow them to pay back players, but the fact that negotiations have dragged on past the original deadline and the Alderney hearing are probably not a great sign.

    It looks like some of the pros and team full tilt people got at least some of their money back. Regular players? Not yet.

    A lot of posters here are saying you should continue about your life as if that money is gone. I think that's the right approach. While there's always a chance we'll get paid back, there's no guarantee, and it could be weeks or months or even a year until we see a dime.

    i think this is a really gross and incorrect rumor to be spreading. just because one article is claiming that benyamine got paid does NOT mean that they're paying pros and team ftp. i know many many ftp pros that have receive $0 are are extremely upset at the situation just like everyone that's not an ftp pro.

    were some people at the super top able to get their money off? probably...but this is def not the norm, and pretty unfair to make people think they are paying their pros or w/e

    I am referring only to that article and I didnt mean to imply that it was more widespread than was alleged in that article. But I dont think it is wildly incorrect to surmise that some pros have redeemed some of their money. Again, I'm not trying to imply that that is the norm or that there is some conspiracy at the top. Just trying to give a reasonably accurate cliffs answer to the OP.

    Pure speculation but I'm guessing the earliest a deal is stuck is by 2nd week of august and if this lingers til sept 15th we're not going to get paid.

    yeah i mean, just like any company i think it's a pretty good guess that the high ranking ftp pros and owners are going to know the most info and have the best shot at getting their money back first.

    with that being said...no has had any confirmation (other than that one article that only talks about ONE person getting money, and even that is sort of speculation on the author's part [although i can't imagine what else that money could be]) of any other pros getting paid.

    it just struck me the wrong way how you phrased what you wrote about 'ftp pros have been paid'...it's a dangerous rumor to spread, and just incorrect as of now
