Hello there
just to let any of you that are still playing at full tilt.
i cashed out last monday (1 week ago) for 1k and until now i havent got it through.
they confirm my cash out is being processed but they are experiencing delay??
normally it was instant. now they took 7 days already and no sign of my money.
just to alert u guys that not only US players are experiencing problems with Full Tilt Poker. -
the last time i withdraw 1k on ft. it took something like 8days..
what was ur withdrwal method? -
neteller. i always made cash outs using this method and 1k for a company as big as ftp is nothing.
my cashouts were always concluded intantly.
i get it that they are having problems because of Black Friday, but if they guarantee other countries they can still play, there shouldnt be any problem when i want to withdraw my money.
imagine if you ship something big ??? whats the point in playing there if they cant pay you your money?
for whats worth, poker stars got my cash out in less than 48h.
8 days already Full tilt!!! and now they say its neteller's fault. weird, since poker stars>> neteller still working. -
How is it so hard to comprehend that so many people are cashing out right now out of fear of losing their money that it will now take longer then it ever has before to process your withdrawals?
-
I doubts FT wants to steal your $1k since business has been slashed. They'll be hella busy so you're going to have to play the waiting game.
-
Seems I also have the same problem.

I wanted to cash out only $500 to my Visa Card and now I'm waiting already 3 weeks.
I've cashed out more than $10k last year without any problem, never took longer than 5 days max.
There's evidence that Full Tilt is delaying things purposely.
Just look at their reply, which I received 5 days ago.
Till now I still have not received this ARN number.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
We're sorry to hear you haven't received the funds for your $507.62 (€353.06) Visa withdrawal from April 6th.
Typically, a Visa transaction appears on the associated credit card statement within 10 business days. If your funds have not appeared, they may be pending within your financial institution and still need to be transferred to your credit card.
Your transaction has a unique Acquirer's Reference Number (ARN), and this number will assist your credit card issuer with locating your transaction so they can transfer the funds to your card. We will verify the ARN for your transaction and send it to you. If you reference this ARN when contacting your credit card provider, it will expedite the process.
Thank you for your patience. If there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to email us.
Regards,
Matthew

How can they take so long to only look up such a simple number?

I ask, because I tried to cashout to credit card (Visa) 3 weeks ago, and I still have not got my money. -
neteller withdrawals are slow on full tilt and carbon, but work fine on pokerstars.
not sure what's up. my last neteller withdrawal after black friday took 8 days. new withdrawal is still pending after about 3 days. probably gonna not play on full tilt and carbon till they get it sorted. i will stick to ongame and stars. later. -
Reminds me of the old adage:
I felt bad that I had no shoes until I meet a man that had no feet. -
after 14 days of my cashout of US$1k, full tilt still didnt process it.
Outstanding. whenever i email them, i receive an automatic response "sorry for the delay, we are working on your cashout".
Lol, i mean, this is beyond absurd already.
If it gets to 1 month, i wonder if Durrr and Galfond will pay my money (LOL!), as they publicly promised to compensate every player who had money on full tilt for the extent of US$1MM each. -
you guys should be blackcard members, that helped immensely.

i cashed out and got my money after 2 weeks(webmoney)

Currently cannot even use moneybookers ;(
