Full Tilt Support - Black Card

    I emailed FT for a full tournament hand history last night. The tourn was in Sep-2010 and I didn't have the tourn # so they prob had to look for it for a minute or two. I got a reply with the HH back in 26 minutes from when I sent the request. I was seriously impressed. If you're having problems with FT support, you should probably just get Black Card.

    What if you are not a professional and need something from support?

    pretty sure this is the only legit benefit of being a black card member

    black card is the nutter butters for support definitely. streaks ahead of anyone not black card.
    LOL, i self excluded recently just because of uni work getting busy and wanted to rid any temptation to get distracted... shot them a quick email explaining this just because it was so out of character for my account. I got an enthusiastic email back wishing me well and welcoming my pending return - WITHIN THE HOUR. lol just get black card, its easy as pie to make 500 ftps/day on avg

    With blackcard you can exchange for cash. If not cash, tournament tickets are a good deal too.
