I am over the constant software crashes and screen freezes etc. Whenever I send an email to support I get a lame response after 4-5 days and nothing ever gets fixed. It is not my PC as stars and other sites run perfectly well when all of this crap happens.
I have finally had enough, withdrawn all of my $$$ and even removed the software from my hard drive.
Surely there must be thousands who feel the same way about Full Tilt and have recently pulled their cash out or are very close to doing so due to their extremely poor service.
So please, if you believe as strongly as I do that Full Tilt totally sucks....please COSIGN... -

lol fulltilt is the best!!!!!!! your obv one of those kids who cry everytime there AK loses to 88 and calls the site rigged, these things are going to happen from time to time just grow and deal with it, and to get quick response be a black card member like myself:) sick brag!!!!!!!,

um...no...

rally the troops!!! so you got sucked out a couple times and ur comp cant handle running FTP and stars at the same time. I'd take the money out, buy a better comp then go back to getting sucked out on.

sorry for all the above immaturity headnick. so much for trying to solve problems and make $, lets all just pick on each other instead! We probably need to find another place to make this sorta idea happen & actually fix anything, I don't get the feeling here is it..
-
Boycotting Tilt as well, they froze my account for no real reason. Took me 9 months and alot of lost time to get my money back. Those are hours off my life I will never get back, and they were making interest on my money the whole time!
-
Cash games are too juicy there. I agree their support sucks, but looking after my bottom line. Cosign that fulltilt's support sucks, but not boycotting since it will cost me money.

Just thinking of moving some $'s to Fulltilt. I like that site the most!

Edited By: bwalz Mar 16th, 2011 at 10:54 AMthere's a thought, play cash games only there! But that's still encouraging somewhat their current stellar business practices lol.. What about the potential larger $ to be made if they were to function better though? Fishing may be better for us long term and it'd sure be less frustrating in many ways..? I'm with you Jaxon, I'm about +ev/roi/$-hr I'm not trying to be a hater of FT. I've got FT hats, a jacket, the SEV hoodie & other stuff cuz I'm an idiot lol sheesh.. I'm just not sure what the best thing to do here is.. Now you have me confused damn it! Boycott or study cash games a little haha..? Strangely enough I did play like 8-900 hands while grinding sngs last cpl days, I stacked myself 2xish but besides that they were quite soft I was suprised.Originally Posted by wackyJaxon

For all the MTT guys who see this, know that I'm a sng/steps/sat guy and I haven't played any med/large MTT's for a long time and have absolutely no desire to again (met's also a big reason) I'm the guy you regs want in there taking shots not having any history with any of my opps.. I'm sure I'm not the only -ev guy sitting out on purpose that wouldn't normally.. I'd play some med/hs non-met's now if they'd fix server etc -
bwalz - I know what you are saying and don't discourage a boycott if it will help them fix some problems. At the end of the day though, FTP knows they are one of 2 only options for a serious poker player residing in the US whether it be cash, mtts, or sngs. People are also not going to want to jeopardize their blackcard or ironman benefits. I can play on euro sites, but seem to do better on FTP for whatever reason so play the mixed games there. It would be nice if FTP did improve their support a bit instead of investing resources on gimics, but I don't see much changing unless there is regulation in the US so there will be other bigger players in the market. Even living outside of the US at the moment, regulation would help me and everyone worldwide because it would create an industry standard of sorts and give players more options. I am still curious to see if a boycott could happen, but there are probably alot of people like me that are selfish and looking short-term at their bottom line. I am just being honest about my selfishness here, as long as the juicy cash games are running I don't see how I can take a few weeks off. Guys that play mtts, would be giving up too much value as well. Guys that play sngs say that stars has the toughest grinders and sites other than FTP & PS don't kick off sngs fast enough for the 10+ tablers. A one day boycott is not going to send a message, would have to be a medium to long term one, which would be a hard pill to swallow for many players. However, I can't really think of another alternative to get FTP to improve its support and servers. They have some of the best business analysts out there, and probably have done many cost benefit analysis's (grammar?) on improving their back-office over spending money elsewhere. If there were more than 2 big players in the market, this cost benefit would shift. At least we can feel lucky that stars takes their support & servers seriously for the most part.

Reason: grammar -
What's up Nate how's things? Wanna bet that I boycott, I could use some motivation lol?
Jaxon, thanks for the long post, very good! I think you're pretty right on, they've got us in a spot. You're right about sngs. I can also say that I've seen drop in traffic over the last few months in the sngs & steps I play on FT which effects roi negatively. Does anybody buy stuff from the Ft store anymore, we could maybe boycott that for a while but that may not matter much to FT since we all get rb anyway and the conversion rate of ftps. If sng volume is dropping will MTT's volume drop later..? I've seen the insane field sizes recently but..I realize the met's & the varying ideas as to +/-ev there, but my instinct says most regs are doing it because everybody else is and they don't want to have equal or superior players having more seats in the same MTT? It's also bad if it's mainly regs with me's in the tny right? That's got to be less ev than solid regs were getting a year ago I would think? Sounds like FT has us pretty well under their control I guess -
You'll be back

Better than ultimatebet, fwiw... it honestly seems if it's not one thing, it's another. Constantly... we hate UB cause of the scandal, we hate FTP for it's software, and we hate stars for... well... ? Deposit issues?

I just can't understand why one of the biggest poker rooms like FTP lucks in terms on support so much. I like playing there so much and i think they have cool innovating stuff like automatic ft deal making. I am sure their reps know about this. How do they bypass such an important issue.

do you even realize how funny you sound?no offense buddy, but are you really trying to boycott multimillion dollar company?!think twice. How many people people you think will follow you?probably none.& last thing did you join online poker because of customer service?if you get frustrated with thing like this then how do you deal with bad beats?

^^^^^ the company I work for does the same thing. Ignore the major issues, wing it each day, and pay people the minimum while the few higher ups take all the dough. Ez game. The company continues to grow and gain respect in the industry, so I guess it works. Sort of the Republican way of doing things.

exactly, multimillion dollar company, with maybe 5-10 support-employees..
maximizing profit and minimizing costs for support.. I don't think this works in any company..
But to answer OP, ya Full Tilt's software blows. Plus I run so bad there that I don't post my account on here lol, quite embarrassing. I've been running horrid on stars too lately, must be a vendetta against U.S. players. -
cosign that their support sucks

lol I don't even think FTP has ever really frozen on me....I know of the rare occasion on a Sunday that it has, but other than that, I cant recall ever having any problems with their software.
