To all of those who are still able to play online poker, have you had a successful cash out from Full Tilt within the past week or so. It's been 8 days since I cashed out but it still says processing. I have e-mailed full tilt support constantly but I keep getting their lame ass responses "thank you for your patience, we are doing as much as we can at the moment processing everyone's payments". Anyone else having problems?

I am a sucker when I play their tourneys, but love the 10 game they have there. Its too bad that in the past week or so, the volume on the games running in any cash game that isn't NLHE has gone down huge and been finding myself playing more on other sites. I also decided to cash out a bit that I had on after black Friday just to keep the balances there lower in case an international FTP shitstorm happens. Cashout used to be super quick for me there, but now stars and party are the only quick payout options on sites I play.

Rush poker is the only thing I'm making money at. I can't play regular ring games on Stars anymore because of how slow it is. If pokerstars has Rush I would go there in a heartbeat. I'm probably quitting Full Tilt if it's going to take this long on every cash out.

I just don't understand this. If you're beating the game and still getting paid, albeit with a delay, why not continue playing?

Tyson, everyone has their threshold. Mine is 1 month max, which is why I don't play many cash games on Cake because it takes too long to receive money from them. The only time I play on Cake is when someone offers me money there on a deal I can't refuse.
-
I understand that. But I don't think that 1-2 weeks is all that bad. In addition, you are profitable on other sites as well and can game select, so not playing one site versus another isn't as big of an issue. OP says he's only profitable at Rush, so leaving the only game he's profitable at because it takes 1-2 weeks to cash out seems a bit shortsighted. Losing what I assume is a profit stream (obv assuming he's profitable) because of a moderate delay in cashing out seems silly to me -- it's shooting yourself in the foot to spite FTP for being slow.

I can handle the delay in payments to an extent, but what rubs me up the wrong way is poor customer service. If I send an email to a site, I want answer in a reasonable time frame.

Kudos to stars and party for this.i guess I'm pretty stubborn though, which I'll put down to old age. -
I think FTP's support has gotten better when I emailed their cashier asking about what was taking so long with the cashout. They responded within an hour. I could have gotten lucky though. That was at day 13, day 14 it was in my account.

Tyson, you're right in the fact that I should keep playing because it's the only game I'm making a decent profit in. However, this lengthy time between cash outs has turned my head a bit and has made me think that my money isn't safe on this website anymore. I have e-mailed support and they can never seem to give me a real answer as to when I'm going to receive my money. They just send me automated messages all the time. Unless Full Tilt can get their shit together, I'm not going to continue to increase my roll in case the site shuts down.

I am from Toronto and in the same boat as you, cashed out 2k 8 days ago and emailed them many times and get the same bs answers over and over. Please let me know if your request gets processed and I will do the same or any new information.

Got 5k today using neteller
Took them 7 days.
And no, I havent sent one email. Not even when it took them 4 weeks. Because I understand that there's a lot of people wanting to cashout.
Patience is key, and also not spamming them with emails... -
My Bank Transfer was just approved after 4 days of waiting (which is fine with me), but I'm still waiting for my original cash out since May 29th (via cheque).

4 days is excellent, and not uncommon for a check to take longer. Agree with Apes about patience.

Guy on another forum got his withdrawal from FTP within 4 days just there. I have a four figure withdrawal pending and now pretty confident of getting it and getting myself a scotty Cameron putter for the golf.
Also left about 500 in it because the cash tables are full now of Russians and super soft. God bless the yanks grttig kicked out! Haha
Having not played on FTP for over 3 years I am now hoping the site survives. As an aside I had 3 emails from their support in one day! Unheard of before. -
Update I got my four figs within 4 working days.
-
My cash out was May 30th by cheque and still waiting, please let me know when you get approved.
-
Yup. It is for me.
