I have yet to see one piece of national news on what is going on with the government shutting down the online poker sites! Is the PPA doing anything to get the attention of the national media to do a story on this? With so many people's lives being changed and the freedoms that are being taken away, it seems there should be some national coverage. Oh thats right, I guess the government runs the media and doesn't want it on the national stage!

ive had prob 20 ppl that dont play online poker at all text me/call me and ask me what im up to/whats going on, been really surprised at how many ppl know about the ban tbh

I haven't seen or heard anything on it other than from poker related media outlets. Looks by your stats you play for a living. Good luck to you and all the other professionals, I hope it all works out for you guys.

I 100% agree it needs more coverage. People need to understand how many jobs are being lost due to this and how many lives are being f'd. This was not handled correctly at all and thousands of people have LOTS of money locked/taken away without any notice as well as their job. Seems way more newsworthy than what i have seen...STEP UP
