    the software is a joke, i get dealt my cards, i press all in, it removes all my other options as it always does, then proceeds to blink my timer down and then folds me...wtf....i write them an email complaining, of course no response but they did manage to lock my account for ''security reasons'' in a timely manner...this site is a joke

    Unlucky...seems like an odd glitch.

    Never had that happened tbh and have played probably 100k+ hands.

    if it was last night they were having a problem with their servers that caused alot of tables to crash or freeze

    Yea, they updated last night..kicked pretty much everyone off..had to reboot my pooter..sucks that it went down like that..It doesn't surprise me that if you were going off in your email that they blocked your account..they block with little consideration.. good luck

    yeh I had this happen on Carbon (both Merge right?). Only the one time about 2 days ago. I clicked raise and all the betting options disappeared and my hand timed out. Was a prity bad hand anyway lol so I didn't think much about it... I think I may have quickly logged out and in though just in case and it was fine after that...
    Also notice ipokers 200KG crashed on the weekend. Seriously, don't we pay enough in rake for these sites to get a half decent site that works? some guys at my uni made better poker programs in there spare time than these sites have... party also.

    I was forced to smooth call in a tourn tonight with AK to a min raise shove in early pos. bc the slider or "manual amount" option wasn't working..all i could do was click the min raise tab..I'm still optimistic about merge, but their s/w has some serious issues that they need to address if they wanna remain competitive post prohibition

    ya they emailed me back, after avoiding my question....and told me to send them the hand history as if that is going to show the software glitching...? i dont understand their thinking...why dont they have the hand history?
