  2. The whole merge network is a joke. Especially lock. And has anyone else thought it weird that they don't even have a phone num?? God forbid they're site gets shut down u won't even be able to call them!!!! And has anyone ever actually spoken to them on live chat?? Everytime I write them wit an issue I get an emAil back like 8 hours later from some woman claimed to be named Penelope. I would really be skeptical of these sites. Honestly until they can at least get a phone num, or consistent live customer support I would not entrust them with thousands of dollars.

    Most sites do not have a telephone number you can call. Most sites do not have live support and those that do provide consistently horrible service. I understand you being skeptical, but names one site that has both live support and a telephone number you can call? I would love both these things, but can't expect a small site like Merge to have it when the bigger sites don't either.
  4. Um excuse me...Well obviously they're shut down, but I'm used to not only having constant support but a dedicated host on ub/ap. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for some kind of reliable form of communication when you are trusting people with large sums of money. Maybe I'm crazy tho...

    UB support was live but horrible. Good luck getting a straight answer from them right now. US players money is locked up but they let you play (lol), and for international people the max cashout is $250/week good luck getting a straight answer why they allow either.

    stars support was good but via email. AFAIK, neither had a number to call. Sounds like you are trying to hold a new site up to a standard that never existed. Not saying you are crazy for wanting that, but saying the Merge network is a joke because of it is a bit overboard.

  8. i have used the live support on players only 5 times and the service was excellent, only once did i have to wait more than 1 minute- and that was on a saturday night at the peak hours

    bodog tho never had an isue with live support and always seem to at least make a good attempt to solve when i call them

    Fair enough, but its more catered to the sports betters than the poker players which is why their support is better.
